PCM12 Wiggins and Evans both to Movistar in the same season, I don't think I've ever played a career on PCM12 where at least one of them didn't go to Movistar. 
Also, honestly don't see anything surprising with Barguil going to Fortuneo, it's not unlike Bouhanni going to Cofidis, don't doubt there being a big wage behind it, he'll have 100% leadership and wont be missing on the Tour if another leader (like Dumoulin) wanted to ride it, plus with Moinard and Feillu, Fortuneo are trying to become a more serious team and are building up some decent support for him, more than he would get at Sunweb with most their climbers going to the GT Dumoulin goes.
Also, seems like he wants outright leadership at the TDF next season, something most teams aren't able to offer.

I think he'll do the Giro/Vuelta, he fits the those sky teams especailly the Giro perhaps co-leading with Thomas.

One of the best CT riders in the peloton, Sergey Shilov, will change teams for next season to head over from Lokosphinx to Gazprom. Very interesting move, as they now have what they lacked, a great finisher for hard one-day races beneath their armada of strong attackers like Firsanov or Shalunov.
Also have a feeling Kochetkov might joint them, which would combined with Shilov's signing make Gazprom a Top 8 PCT Team in my eyes.

I think they'd complement each other very well - while Teuns for me is that classical puncheur Bettiol is not quite as strong as him on the steep punches, but instead offers a lot more allround game including better climbing and a rather strong sprint...
