If there are only 2 teams, why when both pick the same company for one letter it counts like 0? It doesn't affect anyone
Because it avoids both teams simply googling the companies with the most employees in the world and doing it that way. If both teams use this method, there would be 0 points. So there has to be at least come creativity.

Yeah, i understand, but a draw is a draw with 0 points or with 10 million

For the last time, it is time for a team to take control.
It was a somewhat close contest, with one team having a few key selections in order to take the win.

Congratulations to the members of Team Vuelta! You have won the challenge.
Winning Team, please designate someone to send in your nominations within 24 hours from now VIA PM.
This contest went smoother than anticipated which is a good thing. There were some loopholes that could have gotten extremely high numbers to some of the letters but this was a good contest.

Hang on, the Indian Armed Forces, US Department of Defense National Health Service and People's Liberation Army aren't companies, they are owned by the government. We didn't include them in our list because you specified that we had to pick companies.

You will search for companies that have the most employees. You will choose one brand/company/business/etc. for each letter A-Z.
I said further in my post that these things would be allowed, hence "etc". I checked the Wikipedia pages they sent and they did have the numbers that they specified.
Also, to be more in depth, the Indian armed forces was originally part of "East India Company". The solders in this army are paid and considered as "employees".

"Brand/Company/Business/etc." Does not imply anything government funded in any way, you listed three things, none of which are terms you could describe them, so there's no logical reason to extend your list to government funded things just because you wrote etc.
You can also tell how vastly different they are by looking at the Wikipedia info box, for legal companies like Walmart, the info box contains a trading name, industry and many other things relevant to a company, none of the 4 I listed have similar formats at all for their infobox, while practically every other company submitted has the same format.
Spoiler
Another giveaway is that Wikipedia lists these as departments of the government or similar like listing the US Department of Defense as: An executive branch department of the federal government of the United States charged
The National Health Service as: "The public health services of England, Scotland and Wales." Which was: "established together by the Labour Party"
The Indian Armed Forces as "The military forces of the Republic of India".
And the People's Liberation Army as "The armed forces of the People's Republic of China"
For contrast most companies like Walmart are given the title "Corporation".
It's not like any of those 4 were hard to get, they were literally the first thing to come up in a google search, but there seems to be no clear reason at all why they should be included, I even considered asking but rethought - "Nah, the answer's way too obvious, they aren't companies."
Especially since, once you get to that point you can find even larger loopholes, what about United States Federal Civil Service or French Civil Service, both have a few million employees listed on Wikipedia (outside the infobox but still on the page) and they are probably applicable to some random country for almost every letter.
*Please standby as I consult with the secret co-host of the game*

USPS is part of the US Government
Deutsche post (going by Wikipedia) is still 1/3 owned by the government (making them majority shareholder as far as I can see).
The Russian Government owns over half of Gazprom.
Aviation Industry Corp of China is state-owned.
Chinese government owns over 70% of Industrial Bank of China.
Government of France owns a significant part of Orange S.A.
I haven't even researched all of yours yet so I could potentially go on

The Government can invest in companies or own a majority share, anybody can invest in them or buy shares in them, just because a government has doesn't mean they aren't a company. The NHS, US Dept. of Defense and the two armies don't have shares and nobody can invest in them, they're simply run by the government.

Well I guess then we'd have to look into the backgrounds and see what started as government ran? e.g. Deutsche Post (maybe, didn't read much). AICOC is definitely state-owned.
We could both argue further over semantics on even more companies but I guess we'll just have to wait for jdog.

Excuse me for barging in but some fact check time...
The "East India Company" ceased to control of anything in India besides their own operations in 1858 after the Sepoy Mutiny a year earlier. The Government of India Act, 1858 or 'Queen's Rule' ensured that the armed forces, along with everything else, came under the Queen Victoria's direct command. It became the British Indian Army at that point.
India became independent in 1947. Since then the Indian Armed Forces are under the direct command of the Indian President.
Now whether this is applicable as a 'company' to the game is your call.
Since taking away the mentioned numbers from Vuelta would alter the winner of the challenge, tied in with the fact that I never specifically said that this could not be done, it would be unfair to change the rules now. My partner and I searched through websites, and found that 90% of them counted the 4 listed organizations as employees. Maybe if I would have listed "government", this would not have been an issue, but government employees are just as much employees as me and you. There is no way I can completely make both sides happen, so as is a rule in the real Big Brother games when something like this comes up, the original ruling will stand. The only way that this can change is if Team Vuelta decides via PM they are willing to replay a different challenge to decide a winner. If so, PM me that decision instead of 2 nominations.
If not, Team Vuelta, please submit 2 nominations today.

Well I guess there wasn't much you could do with the challenge already run so you handled it well, but I'm still quite bitter that we lost it for following the rules in the post.
Although I'll be asking every question that even crosses my mind as a vague possibility from this point onwards, because, who knows? Anything could be allowed.
