Hello!
Which is already the Pro Cycling Manager version, and there is still a problem (for me it's important) with gaps between groups. I'm annoyed when, for example, I try with Nibali leave Dumoulin on downhill and I'll gain 10-15sec break but at the finish Nibali and Dumoulin have the same time. Another situation, when I have windy stage and main group is dividing on smaller group with gaps about 30-40sec, on finish everyone have the same time. Such things take away the pleasure of playing |

Unfortunately in the downhill it's impossible to win huge gaps, and this is not new in PCM 17, same happen in PCM 16 and probably in older games.
To make huge gaps, the unique way is mountain, or time trial.

That's not a game issue. That's because every stage has a gap value, which decide how many time between groups you need to create a gap. Usually, stages that ends in flat or descent has a value of 20-25 seconds, while mountain or uphill finishes have values around 3-10

And are these values editable?
These preset values are pretty unreal because in real life cyclists could have even 1 second gap. |

If you have the ZCTS files of each stage i guess you change it in the stage editor

Thank you for your advice, I will try to edit it.
But it's sounds little annoying to do this for every single stage you wanna ride. |

This way the time gaps work bugs me. I'm at the Giro and just gained around 30 seconds on a few rivals on a f;at stage (there was a crash at 50km and they didn't manage to get back to the peleton) at come the results screen, they were given the same time. It's very frustrating the way time gains work on this game |

If the split time (the gap set for that stage) is smaller than the actual gap between the last member of your group and the first member of the other's group, you win no time.
It's like the new 3-second-gap rule in the flat stage, but in a bigger scale in PCM

Whatever the split is in game, imo it's too big. There was a fairly big gap there. Was very shocked to see that the time split wasn't given |
