Vuelta Ciclista a La Rioja (1.1 Europe Tour)

Created two years back my first Vuelta La Rioja edition. Accidentally thought I made the 2015 race until recently recognized it only was 2014th route.
To get the record straight I now fixed the last four editions. There are only minor adjustements to the already made 2014 race. Route changes every year, but stays in the same area round Logroño. Making it possible to use the same (on-evolving) zcts-file for each stage.

Gran Premio de San José is made from nothing. The final version of the zcts-file is added without a route.
There is a big enough road network to create a variation of races (e.g. a Costa Rican NC). As an example the download contains a fantasy stage race (Pequeña Vuelta a la Capital) featuring downtown San José as well as a nearby climb.

It's a shame I'm still using PCM 15 as I've been looking for Costa Rican stages to use as NC routes for ages. Any chance you could recreate them with the 2015 SE?

Short answer: No...

BUT I just tried to convert backwards (via network export) and it works better than expected.
Can offer an in PCM15 stage editor loadable San José zcts-file that just has two major flaws:
1. every PCM16 object disappeared (and it's splines, too) making it quite a bleak city, as I used many of the new town houses.
2. height adjustements made to isolated objects are revoked. Now there are some unfitting, high rising office buildings.

So if you'll find someone willing to put some work with 2015th stage editor into it, it'll be a lot easier than to start from scratch. Landscape adjustments, road network, forests, fields and the majority of the cities outline are already done.
