Looking at it from the overhead he was never boxed in so he got a clear run at Stybar

Quick Step failed up majorly
Congrats to Van Avermaet.
And if Boonen had continued to go hard in the last 15 km he could have caught the trio before the final sprint along with Stuyven and Moscon. |

Wheelsucking is part of the sport get over it.
Always this hate and anger here.
Should he've made it even easier for GVA? |

honestly I hoped for one of the other two, but Langeveld raced for third and Stybar always was going to loose in a sprint...should've just stayed at the wheel until the velodrome or go hard earlier...
All those complaining about him not working...Why should he, as his teammate was the "major player" of this event behind with a chance to win?

Tommeke lost the race when GVA bridged to Stybar and he wasnt there on his wheel for whatever fucking reason. |

Ah yes, a major player who lost in a sprint with Hayman is now expected to beat Degenkolb, Demare and Greipel? Give me a break...

Yes, it'd been a perfect northern campaign but still as it is now, it's still pretty great and better than probably even Greg hoped.

Stuyven and him were like 30 seconds behind the trio, but with them been so slow in the Velodrome, they caught the trio. The group arrived like 10 second later

A great ride by Moscon! Also liked how he sprinted up to the front after catching up. |
