Well, fanboying (or just fooling around, thats probably more it) to that extent is something entirely different since it really isn't related to reality, I think everyone realises that...
I mean, I watch a lot of cycling, I would barely know who the guy was had it not been for Bouhanni shamelessly DNS last year's Tour (and obviously being on this forum). |

These people know cycling and it accurately describes the difference between Roubaix riders (Boonen, Dege, Terpstra) and Flemish classic riders (Sagan, Naesen, GVA). |

Let me see they knowledge based for ..past winners and guys who have not win so far roubaix, lets give stars with that order ?
Tomorrow will be great day to see how Flemish classic guys will be annoying for Roubaix pure blooded.
As much I admire Boonen career and this will be he's last race. Table still looking riddiculous to but him alone at the top of the pyramid. |

I don't know. I din't even really watch that horror race in Qatar, but a WC is a WC (altho I think some editions are worth much more than others depending on how the race was ridden - style matters - but thats subjective).
But yes Kristoff has been mediocre since winning Flanders for some reason. It probably will continue, but he is a dangerous outsider on his day.
It's a pretty simple answer to that question, Luca Paolini! He was immensely important to Kristoff and since Paolini's positive test and retirement Kristoff hasn't had the same success in the classics.

I suppose not given the outrage when I proclaimed him a favourite. |

It's always ahrdest to win if you have to win, which is th case today. I don't see him winning, but he'll have an impact on the race. It will also be interesting to see what Quick Step will do, if they send Terpstra or Stybar early, they have a good chance of winning the race, but it won't help Boonen, as everyone will be looking at him.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Another crash. 2 LottoNL riders involved.
Also was Gougeard in the first crash? Because there were 2 other AG2R riders in addition to Naesen in the first crash. |
