We got our 10th place finish in the end. Nobody in the top 10 scoring but we got 19th, 20th and 34th.
Hugentobler being the 20th best rider has to be surprise of the season for me, I didn't expect anywhere near that output from him and it helps make up for Kung's dismal 36 points.
Zafferani is the only guy that failed to score any points for us this year which speaks wonders about our depth and we must have had some good planning to get everyone else points.
I don't think it's quite enough to promote but hopefully we'll learn from what went well and what didn't and come back even stronger next year and if we do somehow end up promoting then I've got a nice base to rebuild from so should have a better chance at survival than last time round.
Really good season by Favili and Canola, nice to see and well planned jaxika. Seems like there wasn't such an inflation of hilly sprinters this season?

Yep, it was really good performance from them. Thanks
I'm pleased. Our big money signing in Giaux didn't produce anything, but Magnusson, Haavardsholm and Jim more than made up for it.
Don't think we over or underachieved, but time will tell.

Given how the team performed last season, I have to be pleased with 9th place overall, but there is a little bit of disappointment that it wasn't higher. Poor planning, lack of depth and missed transfers all meant that the last 2/3 months of the season resulted in very few points after we were in a strong position at the mid season point. Yet more lessons learnt however, so at least I can come away with that.
Massive congrats to Ferrero for the division victory! Amazingly strong all season across all departments, and the table shows that. Same with Podium Ambition and Kraftwerk as well, who pushed the title race to the final races.
Congrats to the Minions and Carlsberg on their promotions to the PCT as well!
Thanks for the constant updates of the CT division roturn
Fantastic job to the (6? 7?) promotees, all of them have been some of the most fun teams to follow with their unique focuses and team structures. With no fear of being proven wrong, I'll go ahead and say that this has been by far the strongest CT division the MG has ever had, and it's great to see all the upper half has remained active throughout!
As it's now tradition in this division, the title battle has come down to the wire, making it the most exciting to follow up to the final race really. Ferrero, PA and Kraftwerk have led the division at different points of the season, and several times we've said it would be over with especially the latter thought to have run away with the title, but nope
Very nice to see the 2 long standing CT teams also achieve direct promotion. Exciting to wait and see what the PCT holds for them. As for the ones right below them, I'm pretty sure MOL and possibly Isostar will promote. Fingers crossed I guess!
