Which difficulty are you using?

I always used hard but this year I went back to normal as I felt the game was more challanging. By now however I started to win (unrealistically) many races, so I wanted to check with you guys on what difficulty Level you are playing this years game?
AND are you using different kinds of races? E.g. I feel I'm still getting somewhat more realistic results on "normal" in TT and sommit finishes..
Curious to hear some opinions!

I played 2013 on normal when I first got the game and started with normal on 2014 but in the end I was just winning races too easily both stage and classics. Since then I've played on hard in 2014 and 2015 and find that in general the game is very realistic and the perfect level for me to play at. |

I played on Extreme and it was pretty tough. I switched to normal for more realistic results as well(just in TTs and sprints I go on hard or extreme)

Is there any possible to set the game to a difficulty between normal and hard in the Editor?

Stick at hard its so much more realistic than normal and after a period of time you'll be winning all types of races again, as playing on hard makes you a much better player as you have to really plan your races better and execute them better. |

I get some good result and a lot of bad ones, very realistic.
Sadly the sponsers are not very realistic, so they hate me.

You just need to close the career, make the change and reopen it.
