It's funny, but my sprint team on PN is actually working . I know many people will have more points at the end because of GC, but WHO CARES? Still 23rd overall with 3 stages left (and one potentially sprint one).

Woooo
Moved just inside the top 25 in both races. Probably won't hang on in their but at least I'm in the running for a change.

I'm doing rather nice in BOTH, at least for now in in this PCMDaily league.
2nd Tirreno
4th Paris
Not any hope it will last however
Still a long-long way down in the overall on both. Guess we haven't picked too good teams from this forum. We better man up mates.

Was actually hoping for a huge result in Tirreno - Adriatico when picking a GC quartett of
Quintana-Nibali-Pinot-Mollema...too bad if 2 of those don`t perform.
Paris Nice all depends on Alaphilippe to hold on today, while the team in general is doing okay as well. |

Oops I am in Blue for Tirreno, and a final 5th in Paris-Nice.
Surprised to be sure.
Hard days to come in Tirreno. The Blue leader jersey is hanging very loose.
But Roglic, Dumoulin and Dennis might perform nicely on the ITT.
Quintana, GvA and Mollema shouldn't do too bad on the other stage. It could even be a nice GvA stage what I can see.
Can even Nairo Q drop this ???

First points of the year at Paris Nice. Currently 10th in T-A so looking good for some points there as well.
Hopefully I'll have the league table updated at some point today.

Happy with how my Paris-Nice team did, but Adam Yates sickness means big trouble for my team in Tirreno-Adriatico. Expect to be well outside the top 25 there with four bad picks (Costa, Wellens, Gougeard and Kragh), no Quintana and Yates forced to abandon
Hopefully the points from Paris-Nice means I'm still in the top 20 overall in our league!
And thank you for running this, ringo182. It definitely makes it even more interesting and fun to play Velogames |

League table updated. Andreas Riis takes over provisional lead until the Tirreno-Adriatico ends at least.
Congrats to Alex Wyman for picking up the win and 15 bonus points for finishing 7th overall. Andreas Riis, Ember and Strydz also picked up bonus points.

Apparently the fantasy Spring Classics game, the first double pointer of the season, goes live tomorrow. Keep an eye on this thread/the Velogames site for updates.
The spring classics game is unique as it's the only one that allows transfers throughout the game. The full rules will be available on the Velogames site.
Cheers

I've never said that this team will give me super result. I knew very well that I'll barely end inside top 25 in PCM League or even lower. It was just experiment . And I love doing those. TA is going really bad, but PN thanks to 4 sprint stages was fun experience. And I will never forget that I was 2nd and 3rd in overall rank after few stages. Btw 2017 > 2016. More points, better place with team full of sprinters. |

3rd last in the league, > 3000 overall, I can thank Bardet fucking it all up in stage 1, Coquard and Groenewegen being spectacularly mediocre, and Zakarin and Izagirre not really delivering as expected
This was probably my worst performance ever

A shame that my sprinters Nacer, Dylan and Matthews didn't earn more points in the first stages.
My Tirreno team is working better |

So unlucky Yates dropped out in Tirreno, now I can be happy with top 10 instead of top 3 ... |

The Velogames Spring Classics game has gone live, in my opinion this is the best Velogames game by a long way.
League Name: PCM.Daily Spring Classics Fantasy League
