Winning the Huy stage from a break would be nice. Other than that, no real expectations. Especially that sprinter field looks horribly unbalanced.

Avenir! Maybe my favorite race of the year. There's no real disappointment to be had since there are no points, but success here will be recognized globally.
Reaching the podium should be the clear goal for Herklotz here, especially after coming from a highly successful Volta (in case somebody missed that).
I hope his advantage in acceleration and descending can help him get gaps on stages 4, 7 and 8. The TT will depend on daily form and the mountaintop finishes look exciting.
Team support is lacking compared to what Kudus and Vasyliv have at their disposal, but the depth behind Carthy is decent. Nevertheless, I'm happy to be able to lead these exotic youngsters and help them grow.
A bold goal besides the GC would be the points jersey, the lack of sprinter depth gives Herklotz a good shot at lower Top 10s on flat stages too if he chooses to participate.
A good prologue is crucial for that and for positioning on stage 4, so it's gotta be 100% effort from day 1.

I never really get what the couple of excessively strong riders are doing in Avenir against the remaining level 1 and 2 talents...
Would really like to see the Visit Ukraine/Netia team in as many breaks as possible, sometimes PCM treats these breaks teams terribly for no real reason, so we'll see.
As for the GC race, will be interesting to see if anybody can beat Kudus, I'll pick Herklotz to manage it though.

Lierserali/Generalierse ready to try their luck in breaks, but in especially in sprints and the initial prologue where there are actual chances we might snatch top 5s and get some exposure for our riders!

Looking forward to this race a lot. Vasyliv is a good bet for a podium, or atleast a top 5. The goal must be for him to perform better than last season, where he was very strong.
We are harpy with the co-operation with the Isostar setup, as that gives Vasyliv the best possible support. I hope for the support riders to get some mentions themselves. Maybe Potocki can get a top 10 himself.

That was surprising. Vasyliv the best of the GC favorites. Gotta be happy with that despite it not meaning anything.
Im looking forward to see what can happen in the flat stages, when theres only a few good sprinters.
