You might have noticed the Tour de France bets already, otherwise you really should check out the MG betting section as the biggest race of the season is soon to start.
Most TdF starters have tested their legs in the preperation races Tour de Suisse and Criterium du Dauphine Libere. So here are the rankings for those two races as you surely want to know their strenght prior to the Tour.
First the Tour de Suisse, which was won by Andy Schleck. No question the World Champion is also a big contender for the Tour title, where young US rider Dombrowski will challenge him once again. Those two easily are the two strongest TdF starters participating in Switzerland and have a solid form already it seems.

The Dauphine Libere saw many of the other TdF starters even though one of the big 4 in Spilak. Phinney and Taaramae have been the best scorers here while Kritskiy, Wellens or Keizer also used the French climbs for the TdF preperation.

The full rankings see Becherovka remain in the lead as both their two races were average.
Aker moving up to 2nd with a huge Suisse as 2nd best team, while also the other top teams kept scoring decently.
eBuddy passed Evonik but it`s really close in that are from 2nd to 4th at the moment and also the 1st and 5th aren`t too far.
Metinvest in the top5 after the Pluchkin GT show but his season is over, though their scoring was average this month.
Team I-Gen dropped a bit but focus big times on the Tour while Pendletons climbed quite a bit with Dombrowski having performed well. If he keeps his form for the TdF, the relegation area is no longer a danger as last season.
Vesuvio with the biggest individual score this month climb from 16to 13, still a lot behind expectations but it shows they are the team to beat for the TdF as Andy is still the dominant climber.
In the relegation zone Kenya scored decently but still remains in the bottom spot. Grieg with the worst of all teams this month also struggles to move up.
And it`s not getting easier for them as Pokerstars and Bouygues both had solid races and in especially later with Taaramae aim for the TdF.
Orange with a very good month need to keep going if they want to get above the line.
RBC with Phinney starting to score looking a lot better now and surely hope for a good race in France, which would put the pressure on hte teams just above the line at the moment in Red Bull, Jayco`z or Movistar, who all can`t challenge the individual strength of Phinney, Sicard or Taaramae from below.

Individually the Giro/Vuelta performer still on top alongside the classic specialists.
No changes in the top5 at all after Suisse and Dauphinee. Van Stayen then climbed a bit while Taylor Phinney easily made the biggest step up into the top10. Also Madrazo climbed a bit but is not riding the Tour de France and hence might be in danger to lose some spots again to Andy Schleck, Bakelants etc, who aren`t much behind.

Cool to have a pre-Tour update, thanks roturn!
Our Suisse/Dauphine combo was decent overall I guess and our gap to the relegation spots grew with 100 points. The Tour is definitely going to bring a couple of teams back into our wheel though. Exciting times!

Should be a fun first few days at the Tour at least with Ponzi riding, but we remain cut adrift and we need a miracle to even get off the bottom of the table now. This season has been such a disappointment. |

Starting to look a little better for us but we need Phinney be on form in the last GT to make it worthwhile and give us the best chance of staying up obviously starting with a good first stage exciting times though |

And great to see us in second place, eventhough it's only for the time being, as we're sure to drop like a stone with the Tour de France, where I don't fancy our chances at all with the weak line up I've sent. Becherovka start to look like a team difficult to catch for those with the major GC guys, like Festina and Vesuvio, as the 1500 points gap shouldn't be within reach for neither Spilak or Schleck, really. |

Looks awesome to still be 4th being only so close behind Aker and eBuddy but the Tour de France is the race to finally drop me down. I-Gen and Vesuvio will overtake me baring any big crashes and also the teams behind me look capable of overtaking my team.

Even if you score just 150 points (which is very unrealistic) in the TdF you are still a massive favorite to win the PT
But having Bewley with Vesely as leadout and König for the top 20GC I think it's safe to assume that you will end up with 500+ points from the race.

You still have a few solid point scoring races like Giro di Lombardia, TONE, Tasmania and so on left, don't you?
But yeah it is looking depressing seeing teams like RBC, Orange and Bouygues all coming to the TdF with 1000+ point potential teams :-/

Very happy where we have settled, although I'll wait for Le Tour to finish before making any predictions about where we end up.
A few teams behind us can overtake us easily with just a couple great races, but at the same time I assume we have the edge on Metinvest, Evonik and eBuddy in terms of depth in the remaining races.
It'll be exciting for sure!
