Face and hair of cyclists

Hi all friends.

Is there a way to select a specific face and hair for a cyclist?

In my races Cancellara appears with very short hair and it seems unreal and I want to change it. It's posible or not?

It seems like PCM 16 has a bugged system for adding faces or even skin colours compared to 15 and past versions. Not looking like it can be done.
