From my big board I was actually hoping to get my last years super pick Jarlinson Pantano. Unfortunately many others wanted him and hence he went too early.
Though got my no.2 in Formolo as also young talents on #5 and #6 in Meurisse and Carthy. Always fun to see if talents can make the next step. And with two Garmin riders I have more reason to follow the team closely. A bit unlucky that Villella as #3 pick was gone just a bit before.
With Izagirre and Kangert of the first draft I can`t be too unhappy even though I obviously don`t have the very biggest name and more super lieutnants. |

Awesome Debusschere went under the radar, if he doesn't get injured he'll score a lot. Not sure how I feel about Van Poppel, but hopefully he'll be consistent this year. And Costa! Err I didn't realise he was staying CT

Went with the default order this round. Hoping I do not regret it but I am not too happy with the first 2 I got in this round.

YES SIR! Gesink still can do it, my #1 pick is in the house!
Gambled with Calmejane...but in my calculations he should be Direct Energies hilly leader for the Coupe France which is a great scoring opportunity looking at f.e. Dumoulin...
And then Arndt, who gets a lot of leading opportunities, especially with Degenkolb leaving and nobody coming in exchange for that...hopefully that turns out well...at least I hardly see better gambles (might be Carthy & Jesus Herrada though)
also: Dominox Halvorsen will dominate CT so cruelly next season...my #2 of the list Naesen and #3 van Poppel also went pretty late, congrats on getting them that far down...

So far I never really got a top pick: 4-12 in the first round and 5-8-20 in the second one. I think my team will be very mediocre again, but at least I suceeded to keep my nationality focus from last season again. |
