This is just bullshit. Of the 103 finisheers 23 were U23 (6 of those were 23). On one hand it's not exactly a big number of riders, and on the other there's definately far more available riders who are over 23 from the participating nations.
Are you seriously trying to tell me that there are less than 150 female cyclists who are over 23?
