Hello
For you that have followed me and Ivaneurope's graphic threads, might have seen that we're doing 2011 jerseys in PCM16 size. It has been fun both learning on how to make jerseys and look on how to make better quality versions of jerseys that haven't been touched for 5 years.
A little taste of our progress so far :
So why create a 2011 DB? Firstly because after after watching this years Tour de France, I was reminded of a time when I enjoyed watching it more. I really liked the era before more, as it reflected that anyone could win a Grand Tour and there were no real dominant team. So mostly yeah it is to honor a time, when I think cycling was on it's highest entertainment level for me personally
If you wanna help, you can start by sending a pm, explaining what you want to help with and what you're good at. There are about 70-80 jerseys that need to be made, so it's too early to ask for help with the database and all that.
I hope you like the idea

Hope you succeed here. I don't have PCM 16 so i won't be able to play it, but this was pretty much what I was trying to do with my failed 2009 DB a while back. I didn't have the graphical and database know how to finish it off, but you do, so I hope it all works out. For now I still have PCM 11 to play.

2011 was my favourite year for cycling too, really started following it more fully then after only casually following in 2010 so would love to see this made.
I won't be able to help in the graphical stage but if you need any help with making stages, I'll be happy to lend a hand.

Btw. what you will do with Contador regarding year 2011?
He was totally dominating the Giro and then was solid at Tour, but his results were stripped later because of his case...
So maybe two version of the database, with and without Contador? Because i would have to erase him manually.

I don't know how many teams will be, but all WT and PCT teams will be playable. However not all CT teams will be availlable

It'd be useful since older PCM stages are incompatible with PCM16

No thanks
All jerseys will be made from scratch in PCM16 dimensions. Simply resizing from previous games, would result in high quality loss, so not an option
