Hardest planning yet, methinks. Very well thought out by Bikex, so the dilemma of who goes where has never been more difficult to decide.
It was clear that Froome was going to Giro-TDF last season, but this season who knows! I sure don't! |

Yes, GTs are way more balanced and thus competition may spread out (or, we all land in the same place again )

More balanced means in this case less sprinter friendly. I think last season each GT was more appealing to Kittel than the best one this season which makes it a tough one for me. I mean the Tour is a must but aside of that it's difficult to tell what to do with him

For me this was a no-brainer this year, Quintana obviously to go to Le Tour and the Vuelta as they fit his back-ups best...

Just an FYI; I can't get the macros to work so my planning might take a bit longer than I first hoped for. Still should be done by the end of the weekend, hopefully by then everyone has had enough time for their selections at least.

I have a question: Who came up with Aleko Vitosa and why were you so angry at that time?

You would think, having been in the World Tour since the start of the game, that planning would be easy by now. But nope, sure enough, when I open that beautiful spreadsheet, I look at all of the empty boxes and weep for a few minutes.
Still, great feeling when you send a full team to every race with only one or two sacrifices.

Very sorry about my recent inactivity, I'm talking with Bikex about it. I hope I have not delayed us in any way while I was gone .

Upload to an external host like Mediafire, Dropbox etc. and then send the DL link in a PM.
Sorry btw for not sending in anything yet. I've finished the Dev Team planning, but the main team is proving a bit more difficulty and in the heat of last days I wasn't able to be very productive. I'll send in my stuff by Monday at latest.

Having said that, race planning is actually pretty easy in WT with only 40 spare race days to use.
The race selection part was pretty easy, but the planning most certainly was NOT. Finished now, and I'm fairly happy with the results. I actually find the double and triple-headers helpful, since it limits your available options (when a climber has to go to either Vattenfall or USA PCC, it's an easy choice ).

I don't think I'd have gotten through the planning without the brilliant excel sheet. Have more or less finalised it and I can say that all the season planning done in PCM has finally come to use somewhere
