I fancy Coppel for the win, at least I put some MG fantasy money on him. He's riding on home soil after all. On the other hand, Zmorka proved last year that more riders than the top few have a fair shot at the win here, and it will be interesting to see if any of the 80/81 TT riders can challenge for the win.
For us, a top half placing from Stake Laengen feels like an ambitious goal.
You should NEVER EVER bet on PCM TTs

Expecting a top 10 here. The TTs have been good for us so far, hopefully it continues here.

Phinney?
I would be very surprised if Coppel won this... But atleast I have two top riders here to gamble with, so anything less than a podium would be devastating.
Chrono Des Herbiers is a French race, right? I think nationality bonus might push him over the line.

That was removed in PCM14 and replaced with daily form being boosted |

Yeah, but nationality bonus is a myth according to Cyanide, even if they had a column in the db for years and years and years

Of course, fact is that it has been removed from the db tables in pcm 15, but has been there with no use since the days of CyM till pcm 14

This could be anything for Sütterlin. Hoping for more of his Qatar form than his Tirreno form, then this could be good points.

Can Coppel to accomplish his hattrick from even years? Or will Zmorka defend title from last year? Phinney? Or someone else with exceptional daily form? One thing is certain, we can look forward to another excellent report from Mr. t_h

Keizer missing the aimed top5 due to Boom beating him.
What a nice coincidence.
I had hoped for a decent race, got a better one.
Thanks for the report, the_hoyle. |

Gazelle and Aegon take tons of undeserved points while Sütterlin doesn't even get a screenshot.
What an awful month so far. The 3 race days could not have gone any worse. Seriously starting to doubt everything, especially because that also means two missed goals and the rankings goal getting much harder to even be close to than it already was.

This point is arguable. |

This result is nowhere near as odd as last year's. Yet, it's quite odd under many points of view
Great report Hoyle! And big congrats to JT of course.

Two 78 guys being more than 10 positions ahead of a 80 guy is at least surprising, and since you can't really earn a result in TTs through superior strategy, I subjectively define surprising=undeserved.
(I know about FL and RES..)

Well this went a lot better than expected. Bagdonas with a brilliant race finishing ahead of guys like viennet, Sergent and Martin and Bolivar and Grand found someone to finish behind them
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Good stuff from Phinney, truly worthy of a world champion. Congratulations, jt1109! And thank you for the report, the_hoyle.
Not much to say about our riders. We came for nothing and got nothing. |
