Medal candidate in sailing Evi Van Acker close to elimination due to a bacteria from the polluted water. This was bound to happen.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Australia's last 24 hours in pictures...
Last night's competition was a real showing of the future of Aussie swimming. Kyle Chalmers (18) wins the Men's 100m free! Better yet, he came back from being 7th at the turn. More success as Madi Groves (21) finished just .03 seconds behind Garcia Belmonte in the Women's 200m fly final to take home silver at her first games. She then wasn't called up for the 4x200 freestyle relay, but it didn't even matter as Tamsin Cook (17) swam the anchor leg to finish second behind the USA.
And as I'm typing this, the quad sculls rowers also take home silver. Combined with the Boomers taking it to the US Dream Team in basketball, the team's just had a fantastic day!

He is at least 25% doper, that is for sure...
First gold medal for Czech Republic in judo, Krpalek was also fighting for his dead friend and was holding his photo during the ceremony, sad and nice at the same time.
