Sometimes when I am finish with a stage, so on the result list have I a rider who is deleted from the race although he has finish the stage |

don't know if i can reproduce it
i pressed simulating and spacebar but spacebar didn't worked.i was in july signed with movistar and i just needed to stop simulating to confirm
it didn't stop and i exit from game,re entered and i saw that i had 100% fitness,rhytm,freshness,tiredness

Not a bug per-se, just bad game design.
Why add a functionality that filters results lists by team, when you decide to collapse all similar time differences using "s.t."?
Filtering the list for a certain team renders the corresponding values for specific riders useless. Consider the following example:
Ranking (unfiltered):
1. C.Froome Team Sky 38h 23:40
2. N.Quintana Movistar at 1:20
3. F.Aru Astana s.t.
4. G.Thomas Team Sky 1:44
5. A.Valverde Movistar s.t.
Ranking (filtered for Team Sky):
1. C.Froome Team Sky 38h 23:40
4. G.Thomas Team Sky s.t.
Ranking (filtered for Movistar):
2. N.Quintana Movistar at 1:20
5. A.Valverde Movistar s.t.
Both filters provide false results. |

I assumed that s.t. applies to the filtered data. Are you sure it only filters the list?
If this is true, then this is a bug, because the information is wrong. |

You are right, it shows wrong data.
Of course it is a bug. In your example above, if you filter for Astana, the time gap of Aru will be displayed as 1:20, not "s.t.". The problem only applies to the the following riders. In other words, the list will be recalculated after it has been filtered, but there is a programming error.
Bug = programming error. Bad design = stupidity. |

I am aware.
My assumption was they straight up didn't consider recalculating values for the filtered list (by only eliminating the entries that did not fit the criteria), which would make the problem fall into the 'bad design' category.
My fault for not giving them the benefit of a doubt. It indeed seems to be a bug.
Either way, this game can't have been tested before release. |

Don't think that's a PCM 16 exclusive problem, was one in PCM 15 as well. I have a pro cyclist mode where in 2021 Sky has 7 guys with 82 mtn or above and 12 (!) guys with 79 mtn or above. Though the amount of riders with 85 in yours is quite crazy.

Have anybody else experienced that the "follow" command button just doesn't work! It is so frustrating! Like it doesn't "become active" at the end of a race?? it just stay greyed out. |

Teams still go over the 30 rider limit and sign more and more riders every season as their budget grows. Some teams in my Pro cyclist have more than 40 riders in 2020. |

Not sure if this is a bug but all the riders who should be black are all white. Kevin Reza, Tek, Kudus, are all examples. Plus in Pro Cyclist mode you can't make a black rider. Is this a bug or is there a mod/database to correct this? |

It's definitely a bug, probably something that has to do with the actual graphical files and/or the way sta_tga_skin and related columns/tables work this year as those seem to have changed. Unless Cyanide finds a solution no one can fix it easily to the best of my knowledge.

In pro cyclist mode season 4, there are now 4 times 2 identical teams and shirts, with different riders though. Is this a known bug? |

I have a similar issue particularly at the end of a race in presprint situation : It happened several times that as the leading group stops going hard and are just sort of all watching each other before the sprint, my ride who has a sprint follow order on a favorite, say Sagan, just sort of rides to the front of the group. he doesn't actively pull the group, but is in no position to follow the others when they sprint anymore... |

It's a general bug of PCM. Seems like they messed up something with the tga skin tables cause the system definitely changed.
