Holloway did it all great. Used Houle as a great lead-out and it paid off. Superb to see our last year's loanee Boivin getting a medal as well!
Interesting final sprint in Euro RR, something different again than in the other Conti-Champs. It was already mentioned by some of you, but Avellino really suprised and almost won. Must be a great thing to see for Gusta after his decision to train him this year. Tzortzakis just missing on the medal, could be a break-out result for Greece cycling here in MG. Belgium the biggest fail of the day. And a little bit expectedly Vesely could not achieve anything in such a strong competition. A crash was definetely too much for him, would be great to see him at least in top 20 to qualify to ICC RR, but well, maybe the next time... And definetely congrats to that British bastard called Swift and his manager. He and Degenkolb will be likely the sprinters to beat this season.

Poor display by France today
Poland did something at least, but no noteworthy thing to point out either there.

It might have been the most windy race so far. Seeing Swift win is obviously nice.
Van Stayen really was unlucky being in the wind too early when Ignatiev attacked.
No idea why Degenkolb was that weak. Had expected/hoped to see a sprint of all big names against each other.
Lo Cicero and Avelino surely will do well in PCT seeing their sprint here.
Not only him but Dzamastagic as well

Slightly disappointing from Kristoff, as it didn't look like he took much wind in the sprint preparations, eventhoug he had a gap to make up in the picture where Ignatiev launched his sprint. Hopefully it's not a bad sign for what's to come in Qatar, where he won't be helped by EBH.
Great win by Swift, and massive efforts from Avelino, Tzortzakis and Rowe. Also Vedel Kvist with a surprisingly strong result. Must bode well for Ahlstrand's train in the PCT, eventhough both Lo Cicero and obviously Avelino were great here.
Thank you for the report, roturn, and congratulations on the win!

Wonderful race from Lo Cicero! Hopefully he'll carry this form into the season and prove the doubters wrong!
Also good to see Breschel with some offensive riding.

LOL at whole Germany team I´m curious if there would be any cooperation between all those 80+ sprinters if wind condition are more amiable

Aussies in Asian RR also didn`t really cooperate. They had a ~80 sprinter full lineup as well.
Hopefully the normal wind stages will see real leadouts.

Shame to see Scully being outside the Intercontinental team places, but at least MTK is in for Africa

This.
Otherwise I´m doomed and will shake whole season to avoid relegation.

3 guys top 10 and Ahlstrand at the lowest place of those 3.
Not sure if I should be worried about Ahlstrand performens or happy about our depht. Still the wind was a problem for Ahlstrand as for others.

4 guys made it! Not too shabby. Some decent breakaway options among them.

Great and expected win for Europe in TTT! Shame that ITT Wold champion have not made it into team, because of qualification criteria though!
Thanks for the report and congrats collegue european managers, who had their guy in!

It's great to see this up again this year, thanks for the effort Roman. I didn't think any of my boys would stand out in these races, but it seems I was wrong. Avelino's result is undoubtedly inspiring indeed, as is Nascimento's in the American TT race.
Looking forward for the Intercontinental RR.

Really pleased to see Dan win in a sprint too after success from Liben Chen in the Bay Classics - thanks for doing all these reports everyone.
Looks like some hope for the sprinters in general after these pre season races.

Great job by the organisers!
Obviously I'm very happy with one win considering I only had 3 riders total participating in all events. Also nice to see that Mandri was still at the front of the Intercontinental Championship with 5 km to go. Good sign for the season ahead!

Ji doing well as 11th. Obviously I couldn't expect more with Goss not at the start and Saber being dropped earlier on.

Winning Euro RR and 2nd in Intercontinental in photo finish only is a great start for Swift.
Degenkolb Swift battles should be fun to watch whole year. Looking forward to it.
