Potential Potions will stay the same.
This season sponsors will put money directly into research and scouting, so every team gets a bonus of 100 for each scouting and research. That way each team can take part at scouting and also has a small budget for research.  |

For the Dev teams, is there a max team size aside from staying within 1500 wages?

Yes all research will stay the same price. If anything, it would get cheaper, so it won't have an influence on any planning. |

How do I differentiate bids for main and dev teams? I am not filling my dev team this first round, but would like to know from now.

You only bid for your main team and decide after transfers ended how you split up your teams.

Will the fine for going over budget be given after FA signings or after the full first part (including transfers)?

WT teams need at least 25 riders
Wanted to highlight it for other teams, the riders required figure in the marvellous spreadsheet is correct

The first round is usually the longest and for now I won't set a deadline, as everyone should have the chance to send something in for this round. It will probably still take a few days. |
