Haha - thanks! Took me a few years to get to this level. Besides, I'm skeptical on how Eastman/Ratiy will perform this year. Only person I'm sure will do well is Hoffman

Classy team presentation indeed. Goals can well be accomplished by the Cobra too, so very smart buy.

@tsmoha: Well, I did take some inspiration from your thread. Thanks mate
@Shonak: Thanks! Ricco wasn't our first choice, but I have a feeling he's going to work out way better than initial plans. He should do great wherever he goes - first stop is Eritrea. Hope he can net a win there!

You seem to have some climbing depth
That's one hell of a team presentation, stunning work, I hope you can accomplish all the tough and risky goals you've set for your team.

Spoiler Hey guys. Sorry for the absence over the past few weeks. My time has been really tough here in France with some hard racing - nonetheless, enjoying every moment. I've had a limited internet connection since our wifi messed up and decided to save my cellular data for messenging and a bit of social media. Got the rest sorted out though, so I'm back!

We're coming here with Ricco and spending a good 10 race days. We have every intention of making that count. We are up against some strong competition, but we have an excellent team here to support Ricco. Louis has been riding really strong in pre-season camps, so we'll also keep an eye out for him in the fight for the young rider's jersey.

DISAPPEARED TEAM MANAGER FOUND!
aidanvn13, manager of Team Telkom for Africa, has been found in French village after a mysterious disappearance halfway through the 2016 cycling season.
The manager of the African PCT squad has emerged in a secluded village in the South of France. The conditions around his disappearance from a Cape Town apartment remain a mystery. Halfway through the 2016 season, he vanished without a trace and being without close family, it is unclear as to when exactly the disappearance took place - as well as under which conditions it happened.
Details about the subsequent investigation remain scarce, although several theories have emerged - one of which connected a Bulgarian team and a Bulgarian trafficking ring. The following weeks are sure to shed more details on the peculiar case. However,
the outcome for Team Telkom for Africa seems a lot more positive following the locating of the team owner and manager. aidanvn13 has made a statement available for the media.
The past few months have been the most emotionally challenging period I've ever and likely will ever face. I am extremely relieved to be able to return to my life and love of cycling.
There is much work that is to be caught up in the form of administration as well as social spheres. I genuinely missed the friendships I forged with the team staff, riders, and many of the other team managers and I'm sure I can count on their support in the next few weeks as I try to piece the team together.

Spoiler Hey guys,
I didn't really know where to post this, so I thought I'd put it here. I'm sorry that I've been so absent this last while. I tried making a comeback at some point, but real life got the better of me again.
I have been extremely busy the last while. Some of you may know of my life off the bike. I'm studying a BSc in Maths/Stats online, trying to make it as a cyclist,
started my own real-life cycling team (see here), and dealt with A LOT of emotional turmoil.
To cut a long story short, I had a nasty break-up with a girl that I loved more than anyone before, got swamped by 2nd year studies, fell badly ill (and my cycling suffered) - all in the span of 6 months. I fell into a depressive state for a long period and my relationships suffered. Naturally, my engagement on Daily would suffer greatly too. I can gladly say that thanks to an awesome friend circle, I managed to put things together and am having a solid time racing my bike in France.
I apologise for not being the active and dedicated manager I was in the past and honestly, I have missed interacting with you guys on a Daily basis. I hope I can still have the opportunity to continue my team on here.
Aidan

Great to see you posting pal and back in the MG. Glad this isn't a goodbye message like some other have posted recently (although I have secretly eyed up some of your rider in case you were officially dead )
