Yeah with 80rd and Avenir you don't need C2.

Assuming you have 79RDs in PCT you need Avenir, 2 C2 Days, 27 C1 and 50HC. Or some combination with wildcards I guess?
EDIT 40 HC days, my brain derped out
And 37 C1 days in that case I think (you mis-placed 10RD's I reckon)!
Yes My notes are confusing me, but they seem to be correct

But no PCT rider gets 80 RD's unfortunately .
In the case for a rider without Avenir, easiest way is 34 C2 days to get to lvl 2, then 40 HC to get to lvl 3.
CT is best for riders on lvl 1 to get started (if they have Avenir option - otherwise think not possible, so for older lvl 1 dudes PCT is the only way to 1-3 in one go), but then a real ballache for CT teams as can't do lvl 3-4 in one season from 3.00 or similar (without loan out). In that case PCT is preferred home for the 'lvl 3' year, just as PT for 'lvl 4' year.
Somebody thought this through very well when putting the system in place is all I can say!
EDIT: With thanks to Mr. Beltran and Mr. D. Quintana for my 'education' on this .

Nothing we didn't expect from the guy not taking Herklotz from 1.00 to 3 in a season... What a waste

I thought that German legend-n-waiting Herklotz would have helped qualifyyou to degree level in the subject! - hence why he was rattling around causing havoc in C2 races like the Tour ot the Middle East (amongst others) a couple of season back.

Touché, but it wasn't messed up race planning that got him into that situation.

Still need a final domestique and maybe a stagiare but here's my 2016 team:
Any thoughts on it? Not going to be in the top half of the table, but I'm satisfied that the amount of depth should be enough to avoid relegation so quite happy with it.

That can't be Pallini wage surely right? Apart from that it looks fine without seeing everyone else probably 17th - 22nd ish |

Must've been thinking about Vantomme when I put it in, he's actual wage in 250k

dumbest bid nominee = Maxime86's bid on Johan Esteban Chavez, who bid up from 300k to 310k, and despite checking the thread multple times, still did not notice that he didn't up his bid by enough money to make it valid |

Well, Vantomme would really need to justify that 500k. Lulu should bring in some solid results and points at every race he goes to despite the likes of Froome/Roche/etc. No other real point scorers, but you have some guys who could get good results from break aways.
I think you might struggle to make top 15, but you've got a nice base of Polish riders to build a squad around in coming seasons.

One domestique FA will be still be signed, but the main roster is complete here as well.
Very uneventful transfers for us with only one major signing and three minor riders leaving (Vogt wasn't gonna score much) as well as no loans in or out, very much unlike our fellow promoting teams.
I was rather pessimistic at first when seeing all the big name stars signed by those teams.
But after most of them posted their rosters here, I feel like we have a decent shot at staying up in what will likely come down to the good old fight depth&versatility vs. star leaders as the headline.
Much could depend on what Demare brings to the table as an unpredictable extra factor.
We also have some spare training money that should help one certain rider a lot, but more about that later, obviously.

Well, relegation candidate again, or more safe this season?
Red are new riders, yellow ones have been loaned out. Will make a final update in my HQ later, probably tomorrow

Cio - Incredible versatile team. For every meter of road you got the right guy. Maybe the big pointers won't be there but I imagine Demare is freakin' beast and especially in smaller stage races (I don't know race calendar for PT) he is a title candidate with that great hill/sprint dominance. Basically as soon as he gets leader's jersey, the guy should win everything. Also great support for all your leaders. Classy team.

Van Stayen?
anyway very nice team, far from relegation places. 7th or 8th place looks doable, imho.

Tony Gallopin signed - only one more rider for me and I'll be done I think. Really happy to get Gallopin, major target and some really cool stats

Don't expect my team to change at all with a lot of riders I was targeting made unavailable by their managers, so decided to throw money on training for some riders instead. Should definitely avoid relegation, I hope we can still achieve the top 15 goal and the 4 TT ones I set earlier on as well, though.
Delighted with my TTT squad, not as good as I hoped it would become on Day 1 BUT better than how I thought it would turn out on Day 4
Only thing I regret is not buying a low wage 77-78 hill support for Ulissi, which I found later on when it was too late and their manager already said they wouldn't be available.
