Here's how mine should end up. I'm really just hoping to bounce back to PT. We'll be heavily relying on Amador to win the few races he can do, but I've got a guy for any kind of terrain at least.
I was thinking Amador should have no problems, but this transfer season has me worried

Me too, me too...
Nice rebuild, team seems capable to interfere in the promotion battle.
Gratz to the Spengler signing, happy he stayed in Switzerland!

I don't know, I feel you might be one big leader short, unless you get some training going on one of the puncheurs. However, if Amador can really clean up, and I think he probably will even with the transfers into PCT this season, you should still be in the running.

Top 10 i'm think Bushwacker looking at it seems very weak depth wise as after the top 3 I can't see many more scoring over 400 though obviously Amador can change everything by winning every race going if he wishes |

You know, I'm starting to enjoy Scorchio's return less now hr overbids me on talents

Think I'm done for the transfer season, if nothing special happens (Anyone PMing me for my TTers now, it will take a special offer as I can't really find replacements)
Hopefully a strong PCT team, tried to strenghten my depth as I had to let Denifl and Claeys go

Nice team Heine, i especially like the TTT department. Sorry for making Schadlich more expensive in the end, for a while i though i will go even higher, but he should be great in your team.
Btw. you have some very very friendly wages for Zepunkte and Zabel, i wish my young guns were so reasonable during renewals.

Even if Flügel fails you should still fight for promotion

I'm pretty mad you got Buchmann so cheap. If he had been lvl1, pot.6 and available since before renewals, I doubt you would've had it so easy.
If I just hadn't been busy with Blythe..

Well with Pieter Serry confirmed I'm quite close to done.
I kept the core of my team together, adding in Claeys as our puncheur leader, letting Cornu go as he isn't too effective at this level, and finally adding in some useful super domestiques to our team (which we had lacked).
I have a decent amount of money to spend on training as well, though I'm not quite certain what I want to do with it at the moment.

Depending on where that money goes, I can see us ending up very close to each other. Nearly every good rider of yours has a pretty similar equivalent on my team.

I havn't really followed PT last season: Does Claeys score well? His backup stats are almost abysmal. Love the cobblez set-up tho and also Wellens and VDB2.0 should score well with good race choices.
Nice Rui Costa dealings going on, guys.

Not looking to promote this season and with the influx of climbers it is very unlikely. I hope Ricco can outscore many of the rest with his magic Mou/Hill combo. Don't really have a sprinter to score points either. Hopefully Hoffman can find some form again, but not betting on it.
Eastman and Ratiy will find it difficult to score a lot with the current field (Ratiy especially). Ben Nasser is good and should score, but like I said, there's some serious competition in hills too!
All in all, looking for a top 10 finish to achieve one of my goals. Next season I'll have a maxed Meintjes and it will be awesome to build a team around him. Will probably ship out most foreigners and limit them to Americans/Oceania riders.

Cobra's going to bite all those high mtn guys.
The emphasis of many teams on climbing hurts your chances for promo but your depth in climbing is a-ma-zing, just a shame they other two 80 guys don't even come close to Ricco's set up of MT/HL. You must like going uphill.
Not sure if lack of sprinters will really hurt you so much since race selection will be mostly based upon GC riding anyway. I imagine you could get more points of out successful breakaways than some proforma sprinters to hire.

I think you'll promote. Ricco will be in the top 5 in the division I think with the MT:HL ratio which is so important in the PCT in you plan him right. If you spend the rest of the racedays with Eastman leading in mountainous stage races and Ben Nasser on the hills then you'll score plenty. |

Not quite finished yet, but barring one or two additions this is how Ayubowan! 2016 will look. Quite happy with transfers so far, bringing in more quality than I let go, and making my team stronger than in past years. Plus I have a lot of talents on board, so the future looks good as well.
Don't think I'll be able to achieve my Top 5 goal looking at the influx into the division of top climbers and puncheurs, but Top 10 should be achievable and it's not the end of the world if I don't promote anyway.

Nice squd Aidan, i think you could pretty well be the promotion candidate! You have very deep climbing core, so you will score a lot in every race with mountains and hills. Ben Nasser is also cool for top5-8 in classics.
And no good sprinters you say? You have the PCT legen Nolan Hoffman, do i need to remember everyone what he achieved?
Ratiy is my target for long time, but since he left Volkswagen, his wage is ridiculous... i guess he is worth 150-200k max.
Ayubowan!
This looks like the perfect team for the future, but i dont think you can promote back with it this year, as you suggested. There is nice bunch of leaders, but none of them is sure big scorer i guess. You will score everywhere, but not big time.
Once the Sri-Lankans will be maxed and mixed with foreign stars, you will be dangerous!

Thanks guys Quite happy with the team this season. Felt I got the depth I wanted everywhere except for on the cobbles.

He turned quickly into my first priority. Feared you, Roturn and Knockout in the battle for him. Quite happy I got him at that wage, and looking forward to him taking Flügels in a few years

Definitely finished my squad now except for Stagiares.
In: Swift - De Bie - Bennett - Van der Sanden - Degand
Out: Schädlich - Vanmarcke - Aru - Dumoulin - Bazzana - Pauwels
Loans: Berger - Hamza - Zamri (in) - Krieger (out)
Quite happy with the outcome and despite possibly failing my goals, I think the general look is better as with Ponzi instead. |
