The Rider Renewals will be starting soon for the 2016 season for all continuing teams who were in the game in 2015.
For each of your riders you will receive a wage request, and it is then up to you to negotiate with them to reach as low a wage as possible. Riders can usually be negotiated with on their requested wage, although the difference between their minimum acceptable wage and their request does vary quite a lot from rider to rider.
As soon as you offer a rider an amount they are happy with, they will accept - this is committed to being their wage for the 2016 season, you cannot attempt to negotiate any further with them. There are 3 Rounds for renewals, and if a rider has not accepted your offers after 3 rounds then he will became a free agent.
If you want to release a rider, give them an offer of 0 in the first round.
The minimum wage is 50,000. If you are initially unsure whethere you want to release or renew a rider, you should offer them a value above 0 and less than 50,000 in the first round to keep your options open.
It is possible to go over your salary cap at the end of Renewals, but doing so will lead to a fine of double that amount. For example, if you go over your salary cap by 100k then you will receive a fine of 200k.
There is no limit on the amount of riders you renew - it does not have to meet the same minimum/maximum requirements that are needed for the end of the Transfer season itself.
Same as 2015
As last year Renewals is going to be a little bit harder than it has been in the past. The riders have all noticed that those on the free agency tend to receive a higher wage. Many have therefore decided to ask for more money this year.
Riders will not react well at all if they feel your initial offer is too low. They will be insulted by your offer and will no longer be willing to negotiate. There are two options at this stage: either pay them exactly what they have requested, or release them to the free agency.
Another difficulty to renewals is that riders are no longer providing feedback on how close your offer was to being accepted. Previously they would say if you were 'Close', 'Average' or 'Way Off' but they won't do that any more.
Process
From the ManGame-Admim account, I will send a PM to you when your first Renewals file is ready. This PM will also contain your overall budget for the season.
You will be able to find the Renewals file inside the shared Dropbox folder for your team. When you have filled in your first round offers you should save it in there as well, and respond to the initial PM to say the offers are in. The process will repeat from there.
My team will be renewed by SN.
New CT teams will be PMed their team budget at a later point.

Just a question: who decides what the riders feel, want to earn... ?
Stats, former wage, results and iirc a bit of random
So it's decided with some sort of generator? Or purely by guys like SN, roturn...?
There is a algorithm doing it as far as I understand. They put in the data and get something out :-p Don't know how SN made it, as his Excel-skills are better than mine
