guys there is a huge racing calender this season, and I am sure that you guys will have races where you have a big chance of winning...it will be all about planning the right races for the right riders

Keep in mind that some teams won't race even half of the calendar. e.g. my max 15 rider squad (possibly even less) will dodge a lot of those races. Not everyone is aiming for a high overall ranking position

Well if we can't get onto Round 3 this weekend, and through it in a couple of days, i'm gonna have to drop out because i'll run out of time to do the rest of the pre-season stuff.

Round 2.2 is over and two manager's have suggested they might like a sackings round so we've decided to include one, simply fill in the sackings page with any of your riders you want to get rid of, remember the fee is Minimum Wage*Contract length (if contact length is 1 it will be increased to 1.5).
If you don't want to you don't have to sack anybody and since not many people should want to do anything we'll have a 48 hour deadline.

TMM has a point though. With all due respect for the guys running this game (and I know how much time it takes), you need to have everything sorted before the summer or people will leave on holiday and they'll be forced to quit.

So no round 3 until Tuesday i guess, i'm gonna have to drop out. The alternative being a very high chance i'll vanish before we finish pre-season which does no good to the game whatsoever. At least this way people can try and pick up my riders in Round 3.
I'm sorry but i don't have the faith that we'll be able to crack through the rest of the pre-season stuff quick enough for me to complete it at all, let alone to a level i'd be happy to play with.
