Terpstra 3rd exceeds my expectations. Has been a really good worlds for us, with 1 third and 1 win.
Thanks brewers and Shonak for these reports.

A good spread of WC winners there! -
Bit of a Belgian implosion, I think we can put that down to two things! 1) Ride for Gilbert: Arguably the best at the closest race to Richmond - RVV, so ride for PhilGil c'mon! (Glad they didn't though, as he is already a ICLWC.) 2) Not selecting the winner of RVV - oops!
Role on the research and all that jazz. /^^\ |

Well this sucks. After being 4th in all road races last year, I again get 4th in the elite road race with one of my riders.
Degenkolb is still a nice winner, though. Great to have a smaller team have the WC next season.
The final medal count:
| | | | | | Total | 4th | 5th | 1 | | France | 2 | 0 | 0 | 2 | 1 | 0 | 2 | | Germany | 1 | 2 | 0 | 3 | 0 | 2 | 3 | | Portugal | 1 | 1 | 0 | 2 | 0 | 0 | 4 | | Netherlands | 1 | 0 | 1 | 2 | 0 | 2 | 5 | | Australia | 1 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 6 | | Slovenia | 1 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 7 | | Great Britain | 0 | 1 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 1 | 8 | | Ireland | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | | | Switzerland | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | | | Venezuela | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 11 | | Spain | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 12 | | Denmark | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | | | Luxembourg | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | | | Mexico | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | | | Norway | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 16 | | Belgium | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | | | Mauritius | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 18 | | Italy | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
I'll take tomorrow some time to do some ICL stuff. So the next files should all be out tomorrow. |

I'm at the moment making my files ready for national championships. I'm sorry to say this, but allthough I now finally have set up my new computer, I don't have my PCM with me in my appartment, so can't rejoin the reporters. That means I'll need help for the NCs.
The question for now is how many NCs should be raced with PCM and how many calculated by excel. In the first season everything down to 8 riders contracted was raced, last season even countries with only 5 riders signed had their own race. In the spoiler is a list of countries and how many riders from there have a team.
Spoiler Italy | 101 | France | 67 | Belgium | 65 | Netherlands | 60 | Spain | 59 | Germany | 50 | USA | 42 | Great Britain | 42 | Australia | 37 | Denmark | 32 | Colombia | 26 | Poland | 22 | Portugal | 19 | Canada | 17 | New Zeeland | 17 | Austria | 15 | Slovenia | 15 | Norway | 14 | Switzerland | 12 | Russia | 10 | Croatia | 10 | Eritrea | 10 | Hungary | 9 | Luxembourg | 9 | Argentina | 8 | Sweden | 7 | Mexico | 7 | Czech Republic | 6 | Japan | 6 | Brazil | 6 | South Africa | 6 | Kazakhstan | 6 | Slovakia | 6 | Latvia | 5 | Ireland | 5 | Lithuania | 5 | Belarus | 5 | Zambia | 5 | Ukraine | 4 | Greece | 4 | Venezuela | 4 |
Don't forget there will be free agent teams, so a country with 5 on that list will get 15 starters. The crappy AI with small fields won't be a big issue here, as the control team is used to chase down breakaways and lead the pack.
I like having as many as possible countries get their own race, also because it will give smaller country riders a chance to ride for themselves, but I also don't want to overstrain the reporters. I'd like to get some oppinions from you on which NCs should be raced. |

I think only up from 15 and the rest can be simulated. Like in PCM |

I'd rather see all TTs simulated so there's more room for road races. My preference goes to 6 and up, as countries like South Africa, Slovakia and Czech Republic deserve a race in my opinion.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

+1, TT AI sucks in 3D mode anyway.
I'd say 3D race all the RRs down to Switzerland, simulate all the others.

I would love to see my focus nationalities RR NC played but I fear that would limit my chances to win them
more aimed to Hungary which is basically random and a bit towards Croatia as well cause of Kovacic. though Kovacic beating Kiserlovski would be insane XD

I have now made an "Nationals" folder in the reporters folder. In there you'll find the needed DB and all startlists.
I came to the decision that all NCs with 6 or more riders will be raced. The TTs with less than 20 riders will be simmed. I prefer to have 3D races for the bigger countries ITTs.
Here is how this is gonna work for the reporters: I'll make a list of races to be done in this post and you can just claim races by commenting in this thread.
All startlists can be found on mediafire. You can basically pick whatever route you want for a NC. I don't care which one it is. Pick any race from the database or use other stage files. Maybe choose a route type that will give you the most entertaining racing, maybe listen to route wishes posted by managers in this thread.
You'll find all ICL oneday races in the db and WC and NCs routes can be found in the Cya cup category. If you picked a route, rename the specific startlist accordingly. In the spoiler are all names:

You'll notice that you have 5 control riders with very decent stats. This is because you'll need them to chase down breakaways. One strategy would be to not leave breakaways away at all, another to keep their lead small and chase them back towards the end of the race. In bigger races, the other teams will usually do that themselves, but also here if the gap is becoming to big step in. Not every race has to be for the favourites, but try to keep breakaway wins at a low level.
We'll start with the TTs, if you want to report one just pick from the list in the spoiler. Races below Quicksim have to be quicksimed with PCM15.

Can I suggest nothing too extraordinary for the time trials (mountains/cobblesmania)? For the road race, please pick something that fits the country (=no cobbles in Spain, no mountains in Holland).
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Here's some vague hopefuls for races with my riders
Spoiler Netherlands: Cobbles
Belgium: Hills - LBL or something (mountains are unrealistic)
Spain: Something Obscure
Switzerland: Anything Cance and Frank won't win
Italy: Flat
Luxembourg: Hilly
Norway: Flat
Finland: That Andorran stage of the Vuelta (stage 14 iirc)

Thanks, but please wait with the road races until all TTs are posted.
I've posted now all ITTs results that won't be raced with PCM.
For all those countries, the first person to post a route type for the road race the winner will be calculated based on that. |

Only route types like flat, hilly and mountainous can be selected for those countries as the winners are calculated by excel. Hilly is noted for Syria and mountainous for Finland @trekbmc.
@Shonak: That's okay, thanks. |
