Good job Pfft

Thanks. But what am I supposed to do? They ban people at the rate that I change underwear and I cycle and play football regularly and no, Im not disgusting and yes, my mom cleans all my stuff so I dont run out.

You shouldn't by accident be Dekker Tifosi?

It's actually the worst kept secret. Everyone knows I'm Dekker_Tifosi. Been there ever since CN started their forum.

Carrying the dutch hype across the boards as always

Wait ,you cant talk about doping on that forum bar one discussion? That is hillarious, i need to make an account.

Well the Clinic is a sub-forum with 5,000 threads in it including a 1,776 page thread on Sky as well as a 1,031 page thread on Froome, so there's ample room for discussion Pfft

Yep yep! I said it. First thing that sprung to mind after he didnt go to Romandie. Don Alejandro has had great influences.

https://www.marca.com/ciclismo/2016/04...b461a.html

Ronca + Ruben Fernandez in -> Dowsett and J. Moreno out. Super pleased with that, look like a rather strong team now. Should give Astana a run for their money!

Many have looked at the GC boys, but just trying to figure out who of the good stage hunters, time trialists and punchers are participating. Usually thats where the real big difference is to the Tour

Pirazzi
Colbrelli
Gilbert
De Marchi
Kung
Navardauskas
Moser
Formolo
Anton
Brambilla
Trentin
Haussler
Ulissi
Wellens
Roelandts
Betancur
Visconti
Cunego
Txurruka
Taaramae
Cancellara
Bobridge
Zoidl
Pozzato

Probably missed a lot, but those are the most prominent IMO.

I'd love to see that but not this year I think. Let's see how he goes in Romandie. Prologue was fastest with Spilak in the last wave who had snow on the course....

Nibali will probably peak in the 3rd week to go along with his plans for Olympics but his great team will make hell for everyone in GIRO , it really depends on Landa being consistent for a change love the guy but he is very very inconsistent !

On another note i would have gone to stage 17 finish since its 40 km from me but its a bloody flat stage so now i am actually debating to take a day off and go to the legendary city of Pinerolo because aint no chance in hell i am going to Andalo bad roads too many tifosi will be there hell of a roadtrip to get home and go to work in the morning Smile

Either way i will be at a finish stage this year will try to put photos if people will be interested and i remmember to log in here again ( i am old and senile )

Pretty sure he indeed will try. He probably won't lose that much if any time up until the ITT and then who knows what will happen, he will know for sure if he's got it come stage 13 and 14, enough stages left to try something at that point.

@Riis123

While PraMartino is nice i think being in S.Maurizio wall if i am lucky will be more interesting , but i will be either Pra Martino S.Maurizio ar at the finish since i've always hated flat finishes maybe because that was my job when i did cycling as a junior and amateur to motor on flats Smile

I have a feeling the carabinieri will not let us on that wall being sooo sooo narrow probably will have to be a cheeky bastard and pay for a place at a balcony or sweet talk myself in staying infront of a door or garrage Smile Oh well either way there will be noise and fans there too but the bulk will be for sure on PraMartino .

He should go for stage wins this year.He can try himself on some mountain stages as well.

Guido Mukk
My team this time will be Trek..hope that Hesjedal will be back at form on he's signature race. Zoidl can do really well.
As estonian:
Taaramäe will suck..
Kangert will be best "6th. man" domestique.

You need to try to ride as as GC-rider as soon as possible if you want to win big. Jungels rode the Tour last year and was very good, finishing very high on the Alpe if I remember correctly. That shows good recovery, but he needs to be consistent in this Giro to feel like what its like and to see if he can cope with the pressure, most psychical. A top-10 is plausible. The biggest chances he has for stage win will be the ITT's anyways.

Chaves has been forgetten really. A nice article on him here, Matty W says a top-10 is the goal. The Vuelta routes are much, much better suited for Chavito, hopefully he will be in a very aggressive spirit.

An onto another Colombian, Egan Bernal is only 19 y/o. Wont ride Giro, but hopefully they will be invited next year. Probably one of the absolute biggest talents out there atm.

It is fairly unlikely but I would love to see Woodsy win a stage. As for something that isn't an absurd delusion, I think Mareczko is going to have a great Giro. He'll have a hard time of it against Kittel, but I still think he can win one or two stages, maybe even contend for the red jersey.

The winner of the Giro, I have no idea. In my mind Nibali, Landa and Valverde are the main podium contenders, but the order is anyone's guess. I would've picked Valverde a few months ago, but I don't really have much of an idea of his form right now. It also depends on how seriously he's treating his Giro debut, considering his main focus is Rio and he's already expressed interest in riding the Tour. Looking closer, Landa seems to be the only contender of the three with his sights set primarily on the Maglia Rosa this season, so I would not be surprised to see him win.

I would also like for Dumoulin, Hesjedal or Peraud to infiltrate the podium, but I feel like it's unlikely.
