But he won GP Cycliste de Quebec last year and ended up top20 in both CQ and UCI WT rankings so you need to be careful with him not ending up underpowered.

The Ardennes arn't theonly hills Rigo has good results in Canada (Hilly rated in PCM), as well as good consistent results in a wide range of hilly stages in stage races. He's not an Ardennes style Puncher, but PCM doesn't allow us other options than to give Rigo a high HL stat.
