This. If he can stay out of trouble this could very well be Sep's year.

Also, with no climbs and harder cobbles than in Flanders, I don't think Sagan is as a big of a favorite everybody seems to think he is.

You mean that guy who was stand out in all cobbled sections in a season so far?
I'll be back

Sep might as well win this. Roubaix is a different race to de Ronde without a doubt. Here powerhouses like Sep, Terpstra or Boom got bigger chances. I hope Tommeke does a long attack like 2014 but with someone like Vandenbergh or Tony up the road then it might work out nicely and if it doesnt then Stybar/Terpstra got a way easier job.

Cobbled section on hills. Notice the no climbs part you highlighted.

Is Lutsenko racing? He and Boom could be a danger duo...

Of course Sagan is favourite and deservedly so but Roubaix is a harder race for him than De Ronde, he excelled on the cobbled hills which is where he broke everyone last week, this race requires a different type of effort which he is capable of but I don't think this year will be his time.

I know it is different race, i have seen like 20 classic seasons. Pfft

But i remember Sagan already being good at Roubaix last two years with strong attacks on cobbled sections and nowe he has maybe even better form and confidence. So still a big favourite forme, but i agree maybe just third in a row behind Sep and Spartacus. Wink
I'll be back

It will be interesting to see the tactics, for me cancellara only really knows brute force and this has served him well. I am thinking this may be one for the twerpstra/ vendansummer style win... Kristoff could be danger man if endless marking goes on like last years to me to you fest.

my feelings are cancellara does this after luck deserts Sagan at crucial moment and fab engages motor. Which random makes top five thus time do you think? kuerkiliere?

Keukeleire wouldn't be that random. He's proven his worth in Roubaix before. A top 5 wouldn't surprise me.

Looking forward very much to Roubaix. I hope it's the perfect ending to an amazing cobbled season this year. Sagan would be a great winner, but I have a feeling a win might be too difficult for him in Roubaix. I hope we won't see a big group sprint for the win. 1-2-3 riders going into velodrome would be perfect. Perferably Vanmarcke, Sagan and Stybar.

Also wondering about Vandenbergh. He said he used up all his energy in de Ronde on the hills. But Roubaix is pure flat, so he could do well there.

Riis123
According to the bookmakers, Sagan and Canc are the favourites with Vanmarcke right behind them, but EQS can't screw up again. This should be a better race for them by far

Boonen sounds like he's back on the good white stuff in IAMSpecialized: Tom Boonen, where he talks about his passion for Roubaix.

Also another Specialized vid with entire Etixx crew fangirling over Tommeke

Went all in for him on the bet. He would deserve it, but there are so many who do..
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
