All stats were raised to a minimum of 60.

81: Cancellara.
80: Sagan, Van Avermaet, Vanmarcke.
79-60: All other.
But again, we must update again after Roubaix, so no need to write about it now! |

Doesn't the hill stat influence that? To me that's the main reason why Sagan was so strong, he just takes the hills better than other guys. If you look at the Paterberg for example, it's so steep someone like Valverde would take it better than Vandenbergh. But I don't know the game divides a cobbles hill in COB/Hill ratio?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

It doesn't really have that high a percentage to my experience. You really need a good hill Stat in the game to escape from the pure cobblers in such races.

Actually you're right to a degree and have just been reminded that the hill stat has more influence than I originally thought in a race like Flanders even though SGDanny states what I originally thought. With this info, it will actually make it easier to compare cobble stats between races like Flanders and Roubaix. So a rider with a lower cobble stat can win easier in Flanders if his hill is good, Hence Sagan and Kwiat with strong hill stats and high acc can do well in the Belgian races.

For the simple reason the difference between 57 (the lowest stat we used till that point) and 60 is just so minimal it's not worth to even consider it. Plus if you just take a look at it, a lot of riders who were given stats between 57 and 59 really deserved more, and while nitpicking IS good, it's useless to spend time pondering if Van Hummel deservers 57 or 58 mountain
The secondary reason is that even between statmakers, everyone has got their own divergences that make it possible to have slightly differente matrixes, and while that's not evident at all among higher stat ranges, you can mostly see it with lower ones, even if it sounds odd. A statmaker could give 57 to a rider that in another statmakers' eyes really is a 60, so yeah, just avoid this and put the minimum to 60.
Last but not least, think about CT riders in their high 50s in some stats, although there's basically no difference between 57 and 60 in game, a 3 points difference really can speed up its development, as well as making it more realistic. Often, young riders with backup stats and such in their 50s, opposed to main stats in their 60s, won't be able to develop them as well as other riders do if they don't have a potential higher than 5, representing the possibility of an overload of unbalanced riders as soon as you advance with your career. Hope I was clear enough

Indeed, no need to create a new thread though. A bugfix has been posted here: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1154350

I think if you give Jon Izagirre 77 in mountain, Dani Navarro can be 77 too |

Did you guys up his cobble after E3 and GW?If it is still 79-80 he should be upped. Also his stamina should be upped as well since it is not that high.
So I think it is pretty big
I am tired of mentioning how op he is in the game... and his stamina is by no means low. He'll get an upgrade but considering how good he is in game that won't be big.
Also he's on 80 after RVV, with 81 he would be the best cobbler, having the best backups among all the others on 81 that's by no means ideal... Uhh,thought Cance is 82 COB for some reason
Nevermind then |

Another stuff, Erviti is 74 in flat, 71 in mountain, but 67 in hills...
I think that 72 for him is perfect |

Van Baarle needs an upgrade. I believe you've already noticed he deserves COB and FLA upgrade after Ronde, but I also want to notice that he should have a very decent resistance (both his 6th place in Ronde and Tour of Britain 2014 win were thanks to attacking early and doing impressive work in breaks). I also think he deserves more than 63 MO (something like 67 region at least). He was 24th in Alto de Foia Algarve stage and 37th in last stage of Paris-Nice. |

Aizak: Erviti has had an increase in his cob, hill and FS after Flanders.
Anderis: Van Baarle has had an increase already in his flat and cobble and also hill. I'll also look at his mtn and res now that you've raised these points.

I also forgot to mention Craddock is the man who also deserves a general upgrade, especially to his hill stat.
He has a very consistent season so far, finishing top20 overall in his every race since the beginning of February. 16th overall in Paris-Nice and 15th in yesterday's stage in Pais Vasco. That's definetely more than 71 hill. |

As he's looked so strong and if he does well tomorrow he could be at 75 hill, if not then maybe 74 hill. Along with De Plus (who's lower) these two riders have had the biggest upgrades in hill from this race.

Awesome! I've been waiting for this upgrade for Vervaeke for over a year now. ^^ |
