@Margh MMNews is very much in line with the likes of Kopp of Compact. Definitely not a trustworthy source on these sort of things.

I say we send ground troops in around Syria and Iraq fully equiped and kill any top ISIS members they find and the route out our own countries and kill any ISIS jihandists we find. Expensive operation but its time to fully go to war against this vermin.
The thing about this is that no one can decide who they really hate. As long as the EU goes around making deals with Turkey there won't be any big operation against ISIS. It would favour the Kurds too much in Turkeys eyes.

Hmm, hoped you could've said why you think it's not trustworthy.
I don't like these kinds of (PC-)classifications like:
You can't trust certain sources, because they are conspiracy nuts or racist or anti-semite...
e.g.
-Compact did a great job researching the NSU complex, but are biased and inaccurate when it comes to Russia.
-Tagesschau has been wrong a lot about past wars and NATO responsibility, but I wouldn't say they're lying all the time.
-And Wikipedia is already known as non-reliable page...
(Just saying you can declare pretty much everything an invalid source if you want.)
Seems easier to shut an argument down by schooling another what a valid source is (instead of discussing the content), ...but appears the less classy move.
In these times it may be necessary to grow as a media consumer. We have to subtract the propaganda, anyway... so why restrict the diversity?
I'm not sure I would trust something called "Truth in Media".
Whenever you need to insist you are telling the truth, chances are you are telling a highly biased version of a story. And from reading on the webpage, I don't find them trustworthy.

But some people as well as some media outlets simply are racist or conspiracy nuts. And calling them out isn't political correctness. It's just correctness. Accusing others of being overly PC is often just an excuse to justify spreading hatred and division. Compact for instance is at the very least highly xenophobic, if not outright racist. If you want to, and if I find the time, maybe I'll compile some articles to underline that, but it should actually be enough to look at some of the recent covers.

You know that in 13th of March that the Kurdish terrorists bombed Ankara and more than 30 people died? And there was not a single post in this thread except TMM's post.
Also.Turkey goverment releases the defendants of ISIS.This is the government who defends rape of children and pedophilia so not surprised. The government even supported ISIS.And they are still taking %50 of the votes FFS.
Both ISIS and Kurdish terrorists(PKK) are killing us.
Turkey is such a joke

Having a look around and whilst some of the stuff on it is okay there is also some stuff on there which is off the mark, the vaccine stuff is pretty poorly researched from what I watched and read so doesn't seem like the most credible site and less about "truth in media" and more about it's founder Ben Swann

I don't want to be rude, but Turkey gets little love in Europe these days. Your president is a bit of a dictator, disregarding human rights and freedom of speech. Your nation has been denying the Armenian Genocide to this very day. And when it comes to the Kurds, most people I know feel they're being repressed by the government. Of course violence is never the answer, but in my opinion Turkey doesn't get much sympathy because of their governments actions. But it is without a doubt a tragedy for the innocent people who get hit by an attack like that.

Thanks for your offer, would love to have get a prove for some of these assertions.
I've recognized Compact were pushing the AFD the past few month, but apart from that their anti-war and pro-russia stances let them appear left-leaning, too.
I just hate this government. And since most of the people in this country are blind they support the government. The government is supporting ISIS.A so said helping organization is calling the orphan childs to join the jihad.
Turkey:A country of terrorists
Turkey is the country of injustice, violence and terror
Also I advise you guys to check out #stopthechildrapeinturkey hashtag to see what is happening in Turkey.
In short,a teacher rapes 45 male children in the dormitory where religious families send their children to.
I hate this country.

Just to be clear, do you disagree that the Armenian Genocide is being denied in Turkey, or are you denying it ever happened alltogether?
The Kurds is a difficult question of course with bad things being done by both sides. Easiest solution would be to give them their own nation, parts of Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Syria. But it will be a while before that happens, just look at Catalunya or Palestine.

I don't think it happened. As far as I know it was a forced migration but I am not that well researched about it at the moment so don't want to argue about it.
Also I just don't care about my horrible country.I just want to go abroad.
About the Kurds, yeah, bad things were made from both sides.Bombing innocent people is just horrible.Though the Kurdish terrorists may be not that much supported at the moment in my country after the things that happened in this country.
Also the ISIS militans are released by the court so I am very worried about myself,my family,my friends and this country
Plus, with the blindness from the people, this country is only gonna get worse.

Well, whatever a turkish schoolbook says doesn't change what really happened.
First of all, what I have read is in forums and some journos said that there is not any genocide.Again, when I have more time I definitely want to do very advanced research. Then I can speak about it.

Which brings us back to media bias: When you do that deeper research one day, you will need to find sources than aren't turkish, because of course a turkish source will deny turks ever killing 1.5 million people.

As far as I remember there might have been a foreign book which says there wasn't any genocide, not sure about that since it is a long time since I did a research.
Again,as I said I don't want to argue about it that much until I do a deeper research. Then I can post my final thoughts.
Also,a Turkish writer said that there was genocide. Also as far as I know the current president even said that there was a genocide. But then again,he said that there wasn't any genocide a year or 2 later. The president says what is best for him. When he needs the votes and support of Kurds he talks as he is one of them. When he needs the votes and support of nationalists he talks as if he is one of them.
For example there was a solution process between the government and Kurdish terrorists at one time which the terrorists used it to stock guns.
Also,in 2015 summer he needed the votes of nationalists he said that the Kurdish terrorists are bad, accused other parties of doing alliances with the Kurdish terrorists while the president and his party were the ones who did an alliance with the Kurdish terrorists for a few years.
