After watching the women's race, I have to conclude that Mani is a female version of Voeckler. Pulling one weird face after the other. |

Femke Vandendriessche had a motor in her bike. She had to abandon the U23 race after 'mechanical' problems.
First rider ever to be caught apparently.

Wow, this is really bad for cycling if true. There was that story about Cancellara a few years ago, but I never believed it. Let's hope this was truely the first time then

I can't believe it...before the race it would be awesome for Toupalik to be 2nd, but after the race it's a bit of disappointment
Thank you Andy for everything!

Conclusion after 4 races: the strongest will win on this track, unless he's an idiot.

Poor Toupalik. He was the strongest imo.
Here's the top 10.

That was a great race, my heart hurts for Toupalik though
Bertollini too with that crash at the end.

I am deeply ashamed, what an idiotic thing from Toupalik, that would have been an easy gold medal. Is he deaf, or just completely stupid?

Toupalik celebrated lap early and stopped riding for few seconds. He caught back, but lacked something in the sprint then

If it's viewable abroad. It was more than a few seconds, he was 5 ahead when crossing the line, and 5 behind when he realised his mistake. He still got back, took the lead and almost had it in the sprint.
