Femke Vandendriessche had a motor in her bike. She had to abandon the U23 race after 'mechanical' problems.
First rider ever to be caught apparently.

Wow, this is really bad for cycling if true. There was that story about Cancellara a few years ago, but I never believed it. Let's hope this was truely the first time then

I can't believe it...before the race it would be awesome for Toupalik to be 2nd, but after the race it's a bit of disappointment

If it's viewable abroad. It was more than a few seconds, he was 5 ahead when crossing the line, and 5 behind when he realised his mistake. He still got back, took the lead and almost had it in the sprint.
