Nope, the size is exactly that. We already had the chance to test those during the beta and yeah they look better but it will be a hassle to re do most of the shirts when pcm 16 is out.
Accessories will also be bigger.

I happily will:
Shirts: 1200x826 (910x626 before)
Bottles: 234x256 (same as before)
Corsair: 384x150 (512x200 before)
Gloves: 400x464 (400x512 before)
Handles: 384x300 (512x398 before)
Leggings: 384x238 (512x316 before)
Shoes: 928x288 (624x256 before)
Socks: 672x142 (388x82 before)
Transfert_ar: 182x122 (138x92 before)
Transfert_av: 210x138 (158x104 before)
Which means that some of the accessories are bigger and some smaller while bottles didn't change at all (got it wrong in the post above saying they were all bigger, my bad)

I usually create jersey on a bigger format (about doubles measures) and then resize it for pcm 15. I think is a good solution since in this way you can still create something for pcm 15 and also you have your jerseys ready for 2016.
Anyway, we don't have any new cyclist editor, so we can't something that completely suit to the new game.
