Have you guys noticed just how many 13th places I'm having? It's almost every race. Ridiculous. 11th is no longer where it's at.
On a relevant note, I can't wait to see how Davies gets on in the proper mountains. Of course, he's no match for Engelbert Humperdinck but he should be up there battling for top 5s and maybe better. Which is all my Dev Team is after this season in its "'Transition Season', brought to you by Louis van Gaal."

And some more horrible results from my team. It will be a tough year for us. |

Purito seems hardcoded to win Fleche! Not a lot to cheer for the Fiat U23 boys - they are a year away from any chance of being competative really. The hills were not going to be their terrain anyhow.
Saeco still firmly in the basement really.

A rare visit to the top 10 for my Dev team in the GP Palio del Recioto.
Engledinger looking good on the hills, hope Gouault can do better on the steeper stuff.

Well if you consider 2nd in RVV and 2nd in P-R as bad, then I don't think its possible you can be satisfied!
To stop VW winning, you have to block them till the final. If you let them get into the lead then everyone else is just going to breath their filth and suffer: dick dastardly stuff.
---
Another top result for Gilbert: all these points are great (a good result in L-B-L and Gilbert will have scored more points than he had last season), however, L-B-L is a focus race and the win is wanted by us - VDB is there for some good support - hoping he plays a key role and gets in the points as well.
Wonderful pace Bikex - Matt (I started another PCM season around the time this ICL season started and the ICL is a good month ahead of me!). Looking forward to another rankings update?! |

Ochoa wtf is this crap!
Also, didn't see recioto profile during planning
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Indeed, top quality. Step 2: live commentary!
I neither have the equipment for that nor do I think my spoken English is good enough to make these videos understandable.
LBL and Colombia Team GP posted, that finishes of April. |

He did it. He actually did it.
Now that is the racing I want to see, offensive with good support from the team (who just let it go after that, but they were there at the start of the video ). I was a bit afraid how they let everyone come back so easily, but then that sprint. I thought Purito had it, but Mollema was a bit faster in the final metres.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Well, that was a waste of time. Oh well, Simon Yates will win it next year anyway so it doesn't matter.

Goos also getting decent results so far, Slagter a bit disappointing.
lel
On another note I'll abstain myself from commenting on my team's terrible antics
Thanks for the terrific work Bikex

Oh come on now ffs!! Fleche shows his hill superiority but different to liege 2014 winner contador, Purito lacks the mt-fl power boni sigh... next season he will have decreased
Contador finally on a mt lvl with froomr and Quintana, I have big hopes for him. Sweet win in Colombia to kick off his season. But mostly, due to solid scoring by purito and stybar we climb the rankings a bit.
Looking forward to the Giro.

colombia really was the only disappointement in April, hopefully our GC boys can make up for that in May and fight for the win in California and the Romandie...

Those are some big gaps in the WT rankings. Not expecting anything from the Giro though, so we could be slipping down a long way. Hopefully, we stay in that bunch battling for 10th and don't slip down to the relegation-battlers.
A lot more interest in the American calendar this year too with 3 new CT teams based over there. That's good to see and will make California very competitive. Hopefully, Joe can challenge Talansky for the win.

But great news, our first ever GT is coming, would love to get a stage win, but Anton winning the KoM jersey would be the dream!

Peter Sagan ground solid in the Ardennes double taking a 4th & 5th. Much appreciated. Also Geyer, Geschke and Voss with strong performances in LBL. Especially Geyer looks more and more like a beast and it seems as if it was the only correct choice to promote him to WT one year earlier than possible! Thanks for the vid!
Especially with Engeldingsbums beasting through the DT hills
Third year that my DT is racing the Colombia Team GP and for the first time ever another team was worse than us and it wasnt even close. Did not expect that this would happen at some point. Let's see if we can reclaim our favourite spot next year! At least I will again come with my bad DT climbers (Engeldinger wasnt there for a reason!)
The PT rankings see Italo closing down to Allianz and they should overtake them within the next month. Ecopetrol loses some ground while the expected 4 big teams and Allianz are rather close together.
My DT still dominant in the ranking due to Engeldinger's recent wins.
Next month preview:
- University of Lincoln will once again see our whole cobbled team on the road. Let's see who gets into splits just to drop back for the rest of the team...
- In the Giro our target is of course to get the pink jersey. Of course, we dont expect to win the whole tour as Grivko lacks the GT leading experience but we hope to wear it after the prologue as we field two of the five best prologue specialists. Gretsch and Grivko could have a decent shot against Froome, Nibali and Porte for stage win and jersey.
Afterwards, it is all about stage hunting. Ciolek is our sprinter and while he does not share the top speed of Cav or Guardini he should do well due to his hill stat advantage. And BotD appearances are ofc also appreciated. Especially Voss and Benoot were selected with breaks in mind while Grivko can be a suitable rider as well.
No CT races selected for CSC this month so only some DT coverage aside of the Giro for me.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Saexo have had a quiet season so far - though Giro does inspire some hope of better fortunes with the second best sprinter and with Kreuziger a guy who can perhaps do well on GC.
Looks like an awesome GC battle thoughConta, Froome, Nicali and Quintana...

now almost everybody knows I really don't care about the spring classics, but which races qualify as monument in this world?
