I enjoyed seeing Berhane battling away at the front in the Eritrean jersey, even if the end result was quite poor.

Congratulations to Viking and a terrific ride from Lofkvist!
An enjoyable Report to read as an outsider. Also great to see China grab a spot on the podium as well. Thanks for the lovely report Roturn.

woo, Last place in the B worlds, so I guess technically I have the worst rider competing? just about sums up my season really
Scarponi did fairly well to get 13th and did the Sammarinese team proud, it's a shame that he doesn't really have much support in the mountains, especially compared to his rivals at NT level.

That was a great race, and thanks for the report. Congrats to Viking for that.
Seeing Siutsou still battling it out after all his years in the game was the highlight for me.

Big congratulations, viking90! Great to see Löfkvist claim the gold when Guldhammer was on a bad day. And it also shows that the A Worlds should be more open than most people think, considering Löfkvist's mountain stat is 78.
A disappointing final kilometers from Guldhammer, but admittedly he wasn't better when it mattered, not much to do then.
And thanks for the report, roturn. Great to have the World Championships rolling! |

Entertaining race indeed and what a show of power from Löfkvist, congrats viking and thanks Roturn!
Pleased to see Kwiatek doing well and same for G.A Stancu for Romania, shame about Tsvetsov though, poor day.
Disappointing riding from Guldhammer, so much to the daily form does not influence the stats much discussion.
Still i dont expect anything else than battle of 84-85 climbers in A-race.
Bewley not in top100, very unusual.

Very impressed with how selection went:
Representation in the B race
7/8 South African TTT
3 in USA TTT
u23 TT & Road race representation
And obviously some riders in elite RR and TT.
Disappointed that Bennett couldn't manage more than what he did. Didn't even make the top 20, but at least he followed 1 attack. Not to worry though, I think he might get a stat improvement or two this transfer season. Still, it was a great race with Lovkvist taking the title. Would've liked to see Berhane win on African soil though!

Congrats Viking! After a very bittersweet ToA Lofkvist looked like he wanted to close his season on a high. Will be interesting to see what can he do in the A worlds
Nice report there, Roturn.

I guess that's what happens when the selectors are on crack.

Holy Moly Colombia!
What was that? Without their best two riders even in Uran and Duarte for such race. Whole team on +5.
Italy against Spain as expected while the Dutchies unfortunately were one spot behind the medals.
Germany in 5th is nice as well with Koep doing well but obviously one of the dropped riders as usual.
Thanks for the report! |

Great win for Italy, although I would've like to see one of my riders there instead of Ricco.
De Greef did well, finishing with the rest of the team. Umerbekov did as good as he could as well. Happy with those results
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Thanks for the report trekbmc.
As a selector of Italy, I'm very happy with the result, allthough none of my riders were in the team.
The only rider in the race of my team was Quaade, who finished last with Denmark, which is also something. |

Wow Colombia
USA slightly disappointing in 8th. Haga only finishing 4 seconds behind is not bad.
Thanks for the report trekbmc

I doubt that Rosa or Senni had a chance if not even Fabio Aru and +10 others above them made it. |

I like to think that Boaro did most of the work in the downhill part, nice work by him and Rolland as well, I'm sure they both contributed to their teams a lot!
Spain would have won this hands down I think but with no Tenorio, Abal they had to suffer here. Netherlands on par with expectations, Colombia not really
France was very disappointing on the other hand, predicted a podium for them but apparently something must have gone wrong. Rolland was still awesome though.
Thanks for the report trek

True true, but MG should really get rid of career dopers in my opinion

Too tough as you can`t force a team to lose one of their best riders with no replacement.
Also then there wouldn`t be many Eastern European teams. |

Colombia
Shame about their two best guys for the disipline where missing, as they probably would've won otherwise.
Expected spain to win, but I am content with Italy winning aswell, surely deserved aswell with lots of top guns there.
