Moli would like to take his spot.
And would like Van Niek to ride for NamDeb.

Okay Moli will ride NES.
Van Niek will depend on whether he gets claimed or not by aidan |

Calendar looking good. and cool to see Pierre in Vittel.
Thinking of a team for Sylvain, maybe Icorda could be good given they have high budget and just Verboven (he must have a stellar wage )? Not sure a Belgian team would want him though? Giant or Bauchnect maybe as well, I don't know
Also I really want to have Van Dyck but I really don't have time

Icorda's budget is copied from last season. With only Verboven, they can either shrink budget or bring in a rider like Sylvain |

Thanks for adding the Whakapapa Challenge as well Ian. The calendar is certainly looking good for next season.

The other riders young enough are not eligible because they have too high a level already (like Markson, Goldenberg, Vague, Dao...)
Milan will ride then if you don't consider him on that level
Little Listerijn to BKCP
Whakapapa in
@LLS - So South Africans are allowed in now if they are good? Nathan Starc and whoever came up with that philosophy must be fuming

Calendar looks good. Couple of nice additions, especially Cali, and changes. Really not sure about Herne Hill in general, and especially it's placing in the calendar. But yeah overall it looks good.
Whilst Power can be eligible for NES he won't ride it, reasons to be explained nearer the time.
Blue Bell CX looks good again. Odjfell as well. Love these two teams!

TMM - what's your doubt about Herne Hill (besides its placing, because that's been altered already, not to fall on a Wednesdag after Sunday WC)?
Also, have to say that of the new races, the Hill factor is relatively low, which is a nice welcome from an otherwise climbing-focused calendar. (to be more specific, a 3, a 1 and a 0 for the new races).
I'm also thinking about changing some profiles lightly in other races. Expect a more balanced calendar in comparison to last season! UCI have finally caught on that climbing isn't everything, especially in cyclo-cross
(note I'm talking about heavy-climbed-crosses. there will always be short kicks and rolling gradients, but races like Blaarmeersen are definitely a (welcome) exception) |

I'm really sorry, I'm missing the time/motivation for this. You can remove Rudy Verboven and give the spot to someone who contributes more to this great game!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Would love Rudy to stay although not because of the number of Belgian riders (we need French and Dutch ones )
On the climbing thing, bad for Sylvain, good for Pierre.
Also that Mapei thing sounds interesting...

I'll change Whenuataki to a Belgian kid if he can get in. I'll make him Stijn van Gent. I'll call him Ian Superstar. I'll call him Tupsert Flandrien! Just let him in :

Whats about moving Verboven back to Topsport Vlaanderen and disband Icorda?
And Munoz feels lonely for sure, so i think Brüggemann could sign a contract with SAP-Bianchi. And where is the other rider from Germany, Stolz?
to the calendar: please leave some hilly profiles as they are, because we need some specialist races for hill racers |

SAP had 4 riders and then all the Swiss riders left. (Stolz is Swiss I think)

Few points and answers:
- Verboven isn't retiring. He's still a good pack filler and'll remain to do so.
- jandal: stop changing your riders constantly
- TMM: see pm
- Luxemburger: Transfers are not over yet, and some riders are left without a team, like Gormley or any new riders, so Munoz might not remain alone. But if you want Bruggemann there, say it and I'll do it.
- jandal (2) : just a minor thing but in the game thread you're saying that Bauer is taking is easy so he's ready for the cross season. Well, sorry but podiuming Amstel, winning Flèche Wallonne and riding (well) in the Vuelta isn't really taking an easy road program. I'm afraid Bauer's real focus & talents lay with road racing so it'll have an impact on his cross season. |

He's just riding 80%.
