I will by trying to upgrade a few riders from the FA. I will only post my suggested stats, and not the current ones.
I haven't taken into account at what level the riders should start, and what potential they should have, but I have tried to suggest the top level of the riders.

Here we go then
Another bunch of Norwegian suggestions. Even if none of them are added, I guess Avin's reaction to this post will make me smile for most of the off-season anyway
Hopefully those born 1993 and earlier will be added, considering their age. And then fingers are crossed, hoping to see Eiking in the DB as well, eventhough he's born 1994, but after all he turned pro this year.
In the end it's all down to SN, but I if it's similar to previous seasons, where those added and their stats are related to those already in the DB, thinking of nations and stats, I won't mind waiting another year or two before a rider like Eiking is added, if adding him now means his stats will be far from the level most expect him to reach in real life

FDJ think they've found future gold for the Ardennes in Odd Christian Eiking. He sees himself as something between a climber and a puncheur, but says there's no doubt he copes better with the hills. If he's turning out to be a top rider for the big mountains as well is unknown, and he doesn't stress it. Has made his sprint considerably better compared to this time last year, after having trained according to a plan from the FDJ trainer David Han the whole season, developing his explosiveness. Won the hilly stage solo in Valle d'Aosta, and was best of the favourites on the other hilly stage that came late in the race, after a couple of serious mountain stages.

Sindre Lunke is a pure climber, and that's why Giant-Alpecin picked him up after this season. Have struggled to make a name of himself with Team Joker, due to them doing very few races that actually suit him. Did well in Valle d'Aosta and l'Avenir when he was given the green light, with stage 3 in Italy being a highlight, beating fellow climbers Power, De Plus and Petili up to the finish just above 2000 meters above sea level.

Andreas Vangstad has been the Norwegian sensation this year. Has only ridden his bike for just more than three years, and his team didn't even have him in the plans for Tour of Norway, but they made space for him in the end. And they didn't regret that, as he gapped the favourites and the peloton inside the final 15 kilometers on a difficult final circuit. That was just two days after his 5th place on the Queen stage in the race, where only Jesper Hansen and Edvald Boasson Hagen were faster, as he came home with Ivan Santaromita, David Lopez and Gustav Larsson in a four men strong chase group.
Went on to win the flat one day race Fyen rundt thanks to his big engine, as he went away from the peloton with less than three kilometers to go. Basically got caught with 250 meters left, but with the final hundred meters going slightly uphill, Alexander Kamp and the others weren't able to pass him in the sprint. His potential as a time trialist haven't been doubted since he made a note of himself last year, but this season he has clearly proved his overall skills as well, underlined by his wins in Norway and Denmark.

Carl Fredrik Hagen is originally a mountain biker who made the switch to road racing this year, joining Sparebanken Sør. Had a solid season, but his lack of experience showed especially in Tour of Norway where it looked like he had great legs on the Queen stage, but he attacked way too early and wasted too much energy early. That's his racing style though, always aggressive and looking for a breakaway.

CQRanking: https://cqranking....erid=23436
Amund Grøndahl Jansen is another Norwegian engine. Struggled to get results himself this season as he has been a loyal domestique. Had an aweful TT in the Norwegian Championship, did slightly better in the European Championship, but he's capable of more.

Fridtjof Røinås' season has been a disappointment. Was expected to step up with Sondre Holst Enger having left Sparebanken Sør, but he wasn't really ever close. Put on a lot of weight in the off-season to become a better sprinter, but he struggled to make it show in the season, just being worse on the hills compared to previously. Though, he did grab his first ever UCI win towards the end of the season, being the strongest in a breakaway group on a lumpy final circuit, gapping Mugerli amongst others in East Bohemia Tour.

Oscar Landa has a very good sprint when first being in the right position, but unfortunately for him he has rarely been in a great position in the mass sprints. Loves to attack and get in breakaways, as shown in several races this year, with Tour of Berlin being one of them. Had his breakthrough win in GP Viborg where he together with Bob Schoobroodt went away from a bigger group in a strong man race. Beat the Dutch guy convincingly in the sprint to claim the win.

CQRanking: https://cqranking....erid=20152
It might be a season too early to add Øivind Lukkedal, but he has shown stability in basically all mountainous races he has done the last two years. Proved himself already in 2014 in some hilly U23 Italian one day races before he moved on to the Norwegian UCI races and grabbed top 20 finishes in Hadeland GP and Ringerike GP. He did better this year, going 6th in Ringerike GP after being amongst the seven strongest, but he didn't stand a chance in the sprint for the win, against the Kragh brothers and Eiking, who made up the podium. He was a great domestique in Valle d'Aosta, Course de la Paix and l'Avenir where mainly Eiking was their leader. Hopes to get and take his own chance in those races next year.

Suggested him last year aswell, he have not showed any super potential but could be a decent helper when it comes to mountains and especially hills.

Again 1.00 to 4.100
Spain
| Jaime Roson | PCS | CQ | ID X | XP 1.00 | Pot 6 |
Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | 67 | 70 | 65 | 65 | 73 | 71 | 67 | 64 | 67 | 68 | 65 | 70 | 65 | 67 | 79 | 73 | 66 | 74 | 76 | 73 | 64 | 67 | 75 | 74 | 73 | 66 |
Jaime Roson is Spain's biggest talent atm and the biggest call for something great for one of the big cycling nations. Daily riding for Caja Rural and getting 12th in the USA Pro Cycling Challenge and winning the spanish U23 road race. He has already shown his fondness for stage races and have several Top 10's in races dominated by world class climbers. He is simply the biggest upcoming spanish climber and would be a shame not to see him feature in the MG Spoiler Roson | Jaime | 67 | 71 | 65 | 65 | 73 | 71 | 67 | 64 | 67 | 68 | 65 | 70 | 65 | ESP | EU | 1 | 0 | 10 | 1 | 1993 | 6 | Roson | Jaime | 67 | 80 | 73 | 66 | 74 | 76 | 73 | 64 | 67 | 75 | 74 | 73 | 66 | ESP | EU | 4 | 100 | 10 | 1 | 1993 | 6 |
| Julien Amezqueta | PCS | CQ | ID X | XP 1.00 | Pot 6 |
Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | 70 | 69 | 69 | 62 | 72 | 69 | 71 | 62 | 65 | 67 | 68 | 67 | 62 | 70 | 78 | 77 | 63 | 73 | 74 | 78 | 62 | 65 | 74 | 77 | 70 | 63 |
Julien Amezqueta scored a contract with Southeast and scratched the surface with aggressive riding in Avenir. This was not the top potential in this young lad, as he won Volta a Portugal do Futuro in impressive style. He has also shown fondness for the Ardennes classics and attempted to attack in the U23 version of LBL ending in 44th place. Spoiler Amezqueta | Julien | 70 | 69 | 69 | 62 | 72 | 69 | 71 | 62 | 65 | 67 | 68 | 67 | 62 | ESP | EU | 1 | 0 | 12 | 8 | 1993 | 6 | Amezqueta | Julien | 70 | 78 | 77 | 63 | 73 | 74 | 78 | 62 | 65 | 74 | 77 | 70 | 63 | ESP | EU | 4 | 100 | 12 | 8 | 1993 | 6 |

Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | 67 | 73 | 72 | 64 | 70 | 69 | 70 | 63 | 63 | 69 | 70 | 69 | 67 | 67 | 81 | 80 | 65 | 71 | 74 | 77 | 63 | 63 | 76 | 79 | 72 | 68 |
Marc Soler rounded his season off by signing a contract with WT team Movistar and thus reaching acknowledgement by Spain's greatest team. However signing with a WT team at that age can only be for one reason! He recently did the accomplishment of winning the biggest U23 race in the world, yes he did win Tour de Avenir in 2015! Spoiler Soler | Marc | 67 | 73 | 72 | 64 | 70 | 69 | 70 | 63 | 63 | 69 | 70 | 69 | 67 | ESP | EU | 1 | 0 | 11 | 12 | 1993 | 6 | Soler | Marc | 67 | 81 | 80 | 65 | 71 | 74 | 77 | 63 | 63 | 76 | 79 | 72 | 68 | ESP | EU | 4 | 100 | 11 | 12 | 1993 | 6 |
Russia
| Aleksey Rybalkin | PCS | CQ | ID X | XP 1.00 | Pot 6 |
Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | 66 | 71 | 65 | 67 | 74 | 70 | 69 | 65 | 65 | 67 | 68 | 71 | 68 | 66 | 78 | 73 | 68 | 75 | 75 | 76 | 65 | 65 | 74 | 77 | 74 | 68 |
Rybalkin is probably Russia's biggest talent at the moment and he looks to become a prospect that you can count on! He finished Avenir at 13th and managed to get 3rd in 2014. He has been close at winning Vuelta a Castilla y Leon and also on Volta ao Portugal. He will ride for RusVelo in PCT next year and that is after being a prominent name on the U23 scene Spoiler Rybalkin | Aleksey | 66 | 71 | 65 | 67 | 74 | 70 | 69 | 65 | 65 | 67 | 68 | 71 | 68 | RUS | EU | 1 | 0 | 16 | 11 | 1993 | 6 | Rybalkin | Aleksey | 66 | 78 | 73 | 68 | 75 | 75 | 76 | 65 | 65 | 74 | 77 | 74 | 68 | RUS | EU | 4 | 100 | 16 | 11 | 1993 | 6 |
Columbia
| Miguel Angel Lopez | PCS | CQ | ID X | XP 1.00 | Pot 7 |
Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | 68 | 72 | 69 | 72 | 73 | 70 | 68 | 65 | 60 | 71 | 68 | 72 | 73 | 71 | 82 | 78 | 73 | 76 | 75 | 75 | 65 | 60 | 79 | 77 | 75 | 74 |
Lopez is probably the biggest climber talent in the world at the moment and has been active on Astana for a whole season! Here he has taken over when leaders on paper ran out of energy and he has shown great consistency in his results. He finished 7th in Tour du Suisse and he got 4th in Vuelta a Burgos. His greatest ability is his confidence and he has shown a confident attitude and control over his own energy. Spoiler Lopez | Miguel Angel | 68 | 72 | 69 | 72 | 73 | 70 | 68 | 65 | 60 | 71 | 68 | 72 | 73 | COL | SA | 1 | 0 | 4 | 2 | 1994 | 7 | Lopez | Miguel Angel | 72 | 81 | 78 | 73 | 76 | 75 | 75 | 65 | 60 | 79 | 77 | 75 | 74 | COL | SA | 4 | 100 | 4 | 2 | 1994 | 7 |
| Juan Sebastian Molano | PCS | CQ | ID X | XP 1.00 | Pot 5 |

Juan Sebastian Molano is the second best sprinter in Colombia and he has always been at the footsteps of Gaviria. Now he has shown some great potential and consistency by constantly being a thread in races like Langkawi. Spoiler Molano | Juan Sebastian | 70 | 64 | 63 | 63 | 65 | 70 | 67 | 67 | 70 | 72 | 69 | 67 | 63 | COL | SA | 1 | 0 | 4 | 11 | 1994 | 5 | Molano | Juan Sebastian | 77 | 65 | 64 | 63 | 72 | 73 | 77 | 70 | 79 | 79 | 69 | 68 | 63 | COL | SA | 4 | 100 | 4 | 11 | 1994 | 5 |

Fernando Gaviria is the worlds biggest sprinter talent having won several times against sprinters like Cavendish. At his age there is no one beyond compare and he would at this young age be a sprinter captain for a WT team. He has the potential to storm everything and to dominate the MG for a long time. He will ride for Etixx next year and has already a contract binding him to not just being that "leadout guy" Spoiler Gaviria | Fernando | 68 | 64 | 65 | 68 | 63 | 71 | 69 | 55 | 72 | 74 | 65 | 63 | 68 | COL | SA | 1 | 0 | 19 | 8 | 1994 | 7 | Gaviria | Fernando | 76 | 65 | 68 | 68 | 70 | 74 | 77 | 62 | 82 | 82 | 65 | 66 | 68 | COL | SA | 4 | 100 | 19 | 8 | 1994 | 7 |

You're having some good suggestions sgdanny, but there's no way all those climbers would be trained in Climber v1 (I would even say it's only one or two of them), so guys like Lopez would end up on 82mo, 80tt.

López is definitely a better climber than time-triallist, so I don't think his starting Mo and TT stats should be equal! Also, Gaviria has stated his intention of riding the cobbled classics someday in the future (I guess signing with Etixx helps with that!) and I really wouldn't put it past the guy, he probably deserves a better cobble stat than 55. Will be back with some stats for some of the lesser-known but still very promising Colombian talents, Hernán Aguirre and Bernardo Suaza are the first ones that spring to mind although I think Aguirre might be too young this year.

I'm very new around this part of the forum, so please forgive my lack of knowledge, but shouldn't Gaviria have a much higher SP stat?

The first set of stats for him is at level 1 and the second set of stats for him where he is 82 sprint 82 acc is once maxed.
I doubt when maxed he'd go much higher than 82 82 though as there's normally room left for training once a rider is maxed which can only be done one year after the season they max out in.

Not much need so be said. And I don't want to make stats cause I would be bias, so take it as it is.

I'm very new around this part of the forum, so please forgive my lack of knowledge, but shouldn't Gaviria have a much higher SP stat?
In MG, riders are on a specific XP (experience) level (1; 2; 3; 4; 4.100). For each race day they earn specific XP points. When a rider gains 100 points, he moves up a level. After each level gain, a rider's stats improve (amount of improvement depends on potential; the stats which improve depends on the training plan their manager chooses).
Let's take Gavira for example:
His stats on level 1 look like this:
68 | 64 | 65 | 68 | 63 | 71 | 69 | 55 | 72 | 74 | 65 | 63 | 68 |
After his first season, he moves from level 1->2. His manager chooses the "Sprinter" training plan. Now his stats look like this:
70 | 64 | 66 | 68 | 65 | 72 | 71 | 55 | 74 | 75 | 65 | 64 | 68 |
It continues like this until the rider reached level 4.100. At this level, he can no longer gain an XP level or increase stats as he has reached his max.

Some totally crazy stat suggestions already, like that dutch reborn Sagan, or another bunch of overpowered Norwegians, who already have like 20 unreal über youngsters in the game. (i wont let you down Ember, dont you worry).
But i know SN ,Roman and other guys responsible for adding will think about it as a whole and add the riders sensitively.
Regarding my suggestions, i see majority of guys i would think of in last years thread, or mentioned now in this one, so i dont have anyone to mention really, but i will look into it a bit more and maybe come up with some eastern europeans, where is problem that they are very low in CQ ranking, as they dont ride too often in ranked races.
And i dont know what about Anatoliy Budyak, who looked like rising star of stage racing and was caught doping.

Let's get Sri Lankan-ing!
Now, as ever the riders I've found are obscure and only on cycling archives - I know Roman has another few he found which I'll leave to him. For the ones that have results in races where I could recreate the route and the profiles, I've used that information to stat them and am happy to provide that information to anyone who wants to check I'm not making things up . Others have a bit more creative licence, but I have discussed with SN my creations in advance, so they should hopefully be reasonable. Approximate birth dates as ever - they could all be a year younger if necessary, as I know we're trying to avoid 1995 riders being too strong.

In their defense, we all know SN/Roman won't add all the riders we suggest. And they definitely won't add them all at the stats we suggest. Else, the Free Agent pool would just go crazy each season
Personally, I'd like to say that, for example, for every 5 riders I suggest I have the hope that 1 or 2 would be added with my suggested stats. The remainder would be added more in line with what SN deems best/necessary. Despite being suggested with exaggerated stats, I feel it gives SN a good idea of rider specialization and proportion of their stats.
