You need to put his nationality (AUS), average, and the wage he is on below Heinrich Haussler.

I don't think you're allowed to continue transfers when there's a FA round going on?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Round 3.2
I promised an open round for this round, which now seems kind of pointless to me, as only 3 riders are in this round.
Those bids were undecided:
| LA - Antarte | Laurens De Vreese | 330 | | CarbonSports Cycling - Lightweight | Julian Kern | 240 | | UNHCR Pro Cycling | Laurens De Vreese | 280 | | Leopard - Evonik Pro Cycling | Julian Kern | 240 | | Team Taco Bell Cycling | Klaas Lodewyck | 300 | | Specialized - PlayStation | Klaas Lodewyck | 290 |
As previously 90% of the previous bid had to be rebid in second rounds, now the opening bid is at least 90% of the highest bid by the highest bider.
LA - Antarte
Laurens De Vreese
295
CarbonSports Cycling - Lightweight
Julian Kern
240
Team Taco Bell Cycling
Klaas Lodewyck
290
Only teams with the given rider linked to in the table I posted are allowed to bid on them. To make a bid simply quote/copy the open bid I made and overbid by putting your team name and your new offer. If you decide to not make a new bid, please also do the same but instead of writing a new offer write "OUT", so I know if a biding is already done.
If in 48 hours from now still it's not decided who gets the rider, there'll be a silent auction. This only happens if both teams made a new bid in the 18 hours before that.
And of course the updated teams budget's:
Spoiler | 1 | Vegeta Cycling Team | WT | 1035 | | 6 | Filliers - Mora Pro Cycling Team | WT | 375 | | 7 | Illes Balears | WT | 105 | | 8 | Prorace - La Boulangère | WT | 75 | | 11 | Sugoi - Xanterra | CT | 450 | | 12 | Allianz - BMW Cycling Team | WT | 350 | | 13 | LA - Antarte | WT | 530 | | 15 | La Gazzetta Dello Sport | CT | 0 | | 16 | Celesio Pro Cycling | WT | 100 | | 19 | Bunzl - Centrica | WT | 530 | | 20 | CarbonSports Cycling - Lightweight | WT | 805 | | 23 | Italo - Ventilair | WT | 560 | | 24 | UNHCR Pro Cycling | WT | 335 | | 25 | Smartone Cycling Team | WT | 0 | | 27 | Ecopetrol - Vivo | WT | 975 | | 29 | Fiskars Cykling | CT | 20 | | 32 | Team Cymru Wales | WT | 835 | | 33 | Achieve Northside Skinnergate | CT | 350 | | 34 | SAP - Bianchi | WT | 15 | | 41 | Leopard - Evonik Pro Cycling | CT | 250 | | 42 | Team Alitalia | WT | 215 | | 43 | TVM Cycling Team | CT | 60 | | 44 | Eurosport - Pepsi | WT | 0 | | 45 | Saeco - Cannondale | WT | 150 | | 46 | Telecom Namibia Cycling Team | CT | 430 | | 49 | Hakse - ING Cycling | CT | 320 | | 50 | CCC Sprandi Polkowice | CT | 440 | | 51 | Team Renova | CT | 0 | | 52 | Santos - Euskadi | CT | 165 | | 53 | Sevilla Cycling Team | CT | 395 | | 54 | Christina Watches | CT | 290 | | 55 | Team Taco Bell Cycling | CT | 405 | | 56 | Specialized - PlayStation | CT | 470 | | 57 | Albert Heijn - Knab | CT | 1875 | | 58 | Team Peugeot | CT | 200 | | 59 | Festina - Canal+ | CT | 1190 |
