Okay I see the majority is for the old system, but wouldn't mind the other one.
The idea was to use it already now to see if it works, as it would be much worse if it didn't work out and we'll find that out only in round 1 of next season, when possibly a lot more better riders are included. That's why I still haven't made a decision on what to use now.
Deadline Reminder: If you want to send something in for Round 2 of FA biding: Do it still today! |

Let's try it in round 3, which is less weightful...

Deadline is gone.
Now I can say, hopefully we get from this round:
- The Descent Pavé winner
- The Bulgarian champ
If all goes well that might end the transfers for us. |

I'll now send PMs out like in round 1.2. This round works exactly the same.

Someone out-20%'d me on both Stybar and Matthews, and I thought that more than 600 on both would be enough at least to stay in the 20%
Boy I'm so fucking screwed

Yay, I can fill a DevTeam
Now to fill a main team, that might become a bit harder

Anyone with any ideas why CCC Sprandi Polkowice are paying over the min value for Italian veterans? |

Went a bit over the top with Matthews and got him first time, totally spent up now so no money for development
Pepsi might have something to say about how I spent their money

800 is a pretty solid price for Matthews. If I had bid on him I would have gone for at least 900 easily (FA riders are usually more expensive in the first year). Really nice transfers D2B

Yes! A second American on board with Putt. Not the greatest rider, but decent for his low price. Nice to have Lindeman too, may have slightly over-payed for him but it's the one weakness I needed to improve most. Now to wait for 2.2 results to see if I can get any more...

Got some very average riders in this round. Still some to go... But I already have good material with Boom and Poels. Have to re-bid some now. |

After I got 0 riders in Round 1 I'm still at 0 riders from FA this year. With two riders in my pm it seems possible that I have to wait for round 3 until my first FA signing of the year.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

I just wanted to get it clear as soon as it was possible. I wanted to get my team sooner than later. I know there are 3 Rounds, but why should I wait for them? (To be honest, when I was doing Round 1 of FA I didn't even look at the age) I could get them cheaper? Maybe, but it was a risk I didn't want. I have some money left that I want to spend on other things like research and other stuff. I'm also think that my team isn't that bad as it looks like. Especially if it is my first season and I already have riders like Ulissi (75MO, 78HI) and Ferrari (77SP, 77ACC) . |

Received this email from Pepsi
Dear 'Manager' of Eurosport-Pepsi,
I am beginning to serious doubt you know where Pepsi is from!
First I hear you have swopped the USA champion and a load of our cash for a has-been limey sprint punk and some rubbish limey climber.
And then to make matters worse you spend more of our money on some flashy kid who is the Aussie champion for crying out loud.
I don't care how well your team do, Pepsi is out of here.
It looks like I will need another sponsor for the 2017 season

Already gathered a nice team in the FA signings, with Rolland and Gaudin. Quite satisfied

your team really looks good for me, far better than mine last year (but that´s not hard to achieve )
