Just to make it clear; everybody have to have minimum one pit stop during the race, right? |

The tyres would never last the 33 laps anyway I guess you could try

Disappointed with myself really.
Made a bad start, after spinning on the formation lap, and tyres didn't have enough grip to do anything. Spinned again, and completelly killed the tyres, and had to pit in lap 5 and had to run to the end on dead tyres, and to make matters worse, I was fueled to the end, but near the end I had to stop again cause I wouldn't make it by one lap. 5th place it is, but could've been more. At least, some fantastic moves I pulled coming through the pack! |

Dissapointed with the way I endet my race really. Didnt think I would run out of fuel so soon. Gotta pay more attention to the instruments next time, lesson learned.

Very happy with my race, I avoided any accidents, my plan went nicely, and luckily Miguel was on dead tires which enabled me to move into fourth.
I will post results and champ later tonight |

Well, not really dead tires, but more like no fuel.
After you passed me, I still kept up with you nicelly, and hadn't I've been worried in saving fuel, maybe I could've hanged. |

My tires died as soon as I passed you so maybe that's why |

Summary of my own race. Read it if you want, otherwise it's spoilered so you can skip it. Thanks for the race guys, finally i didn't suffer horrid luck and look what happens!
Spoiler I thought my luck had struck again at the start. I got myself into the lead at Turn 1 a lot,(cheers Paul for messing up the start 3 times) only for others to have incidents and need restarting. I was so relieve to make that great start again for real and get a small gap behind through the first sequence.
A couple of times i messed up the chicane entry and had to mash the brake to avoid flipping out, which closed up the gap to Ryant behind. He was driving hard early on and i quickly cottoned onto the fact he was gonna go for a 2-stop race so didn't respond to his pace. Yep he pitted way early so i could just get on with my own race as Paul chased behind.
His pace was supreme, really really impressive. Inevitably he caught up to me as my tyres went away. I didn't fight that hard when he did catch, a little bit but not enough to sacrifice my car and i wanted to try and get out of the pits ahead of Ryant.
That bit didn't work as both he and Paul were about 6seconds ahead after the pit-stops. As they battled i closed in a tad, so that when they (almost inevitably) collided i was close enough to get by Ryant. Paul then made a small error that spun him out at Turn 1 (really easy to do, i did exactly the same in the practice races). I slip by and away into the lead.
That final phase of the race was intense as holy f*ck. Paul clearly the quicker car but i kept it clean and delayed that catch as long as possible. Those final 5/6 laps of battling were awesome! We both tried our hardest to keep it clean, trading places constantly. Hats off to you Paul for that, it was a ton of fun... But as we got closer to the finish i was more and more determined to not lose the race i'd driven so well. My moves got a bit more agressive and a bit less friendly, i'll admit that but i was still trying to avoid contact wherever possible.
That last lap i think i stayed just on the right side of agressive. My defence was strong yes, i was not going to give you an inch more than nessesary. The issue being that a few times i encountered some lag with your car so i wasn't always 100% sure where your car was or what it was doing. This was true in that final corner. I was convinced my rear quarter was clear so i went to shut the door, except your car was there and as it phased into reality, well two doesn't go into one. Apologies, i thought i was clear and i was absolutely not gonna lose that late in the day.
Great race. I always had something to play for, whether it be in direct battle or just having to hit my marks every lap to keep lap time as high as possible. Very very very fun. Finally i got the bit of luck.
Only the second rFactor race i managed to complete double-digits of laps (i know!) and i managed to land a race win. Finally some validation for the time i've put into these leagues. I really can be a slog at times but one race like that, where i am racing 100% of the time makes it seem all worth while. (although i came so close to rage quitting in those restarts)

Sorry, I maybe was focused too much on the front of the race. But every time I didn't something happened in front, so I was conflicted.

Hats off to TMM for that great race of his. He really deserved this win. The last turn was a special thing, but I can accept your reasoning.(would've been a great photofinish, otherwise)
The "mistake" in turn 1, wasn't a mistake. As ryant hit me, my brakes went nuts and when I broke hard that turn, they overheated and the left rear brake broke. So I spun.
After that I moved the break pressure to the front.
I then tried to chase back slowly, but you were too quick, so I put it all on the line. I tried pretty hard to close the gap and you were pretty difficult too pass. But I simpy couldn't get away, when I was in front. Pretty EPIC racing of you. You deserve this win. Congratz!

Just finished the Stream. Skipped over Quali, cause who cares about that. Usual confusion about starts and formations laps But then another great Stream from BBL. Solo this time but he managed really well. Camera work is getting better every week, smart idea to pick the Swingman camera a lot of the time in the battles. Commentary was solid and very fun to watch the racing back and see a lot more of other peoples races
Also, yay i get to mention myself in tomorrows WN

Sorry to hear i destroyed your brakes, I messed up and broke too late really, nothing much I can say about it.
My attempt of a 2 stop just didnt work, which is annoying as I had the pace to stay with you guys, took a gamble and it ultimately didnt work. One of the highlights for me was the run down to turn 1, TMM was especially racey and I eventually got 2nd place, only to half spin out and lose 3 sec. Put in some crazy lap times for 3 laps straight (all around 1:49.7) and made my way back to TMM. Because of my strat, I was already low on fuel so I took to the pits way early and rejoined 5th. I made my way back up to 3rd (eventually 1st) by being consistent but never really fast, got passed by Paul then I fucked up and TMM passed me straight afterwards. From like lap 20 onwards I had nothing to do but be sad I chose this strategy as it looked like some great racing for the lead.
See you next time! (and congrats to TMM)

Congrats TMM. Just watched the replay; great battle with Paul!
I spun in the second lap, after which it took me a while to catch back up to dev. Made the pass on him and focused on finishing the race, because Bikex and Bjartne were already too far away.
This was my first race with traction control off. Slowly but steadily getting better at this.

Also, I have to agree with TMM. The commentary gets better every time. Sadly Ewan wasn't around. Would've been EPIC then, probably.
Sorry to Bjartne(i guess). Seems like I hit you(or you me, idk) in the fast left turn. Pretty much at the beginning. I didn't mean to do that.
Also thanks to dev and Bjartne for some nice lapping. You guys didn't make trouble, which I love to see, because in the first race, DD crashed into both Hondas, whilst getting lapped. So great to see, that you guys use your rear mirrors(even in "pro" leagues, they sometimes forget to check their mirrors)
@jihardy: Could you please do the standings for the manufacturer with an average...
It unfair otherwise, because BMW has more drivers than f.e. Mercedes.
Also, I was asked to leave the formation lap out. How do you guys think about that? Do you want it to be a thing of the past, or do you still want it to happen?
