He's certainly taking advantage of the lack of condition of some of the other riders that's for sure, anyway good rider and Lotto Soudal are having a good season with 39 wins

Yesterday Pinot won the first stage on a climb.
Today's stage was won by Vuillermoz in a sprint with a small group. Pinot wins the GC.
