Breschel is a nice addition to Garmin. he showed spirts of good form this year, and we didn't really have a classics squad anyway.
On the other hand, is Valgren the only Dane left at Tinkoff?
No, Jesper Hansen is still there. |

Good. Now finally David Walsh will shut up about Astana's Giro performance being unbelievable.
I'm sure he'll call Landa a shining example of clean cycling or something.
whats he going to be like when he gets on the sky marginal gains program.
Not all riders do well on the Sky "marginal gains" program, Nieve, Henao, Lopez haven't turned into world beaters and then we have EBH so who knows how Landa does.
As far as Walsh goes, he really did give up on looking at things objectively as soon as Armstrong fell, he's so deep inside Sky's pocket that I doubt he finds his way out

Nieve has been restricted and was already a very good climber. Henao was actually caught for something, was it blood passport? And Lopez isn't on the main squad, so he wouldn't get it.

Reijnen joins Team Trek. After stage wins in Utah and Pro Challenge, Trek showed interest I guess. At least one US rider then.
Also Chris Anker Sörensen joins Bretagne. A weird transfer but then again his attacking should really suit well there. |

New sponsor bringing new focuses and desires. A rider like CAS would please most sponsors seeing how often he's off the front of a race

Walsh was never objective. Even his early works on Armstrong were packed with lies and spin. He just wants money, he will write what he has to write to get it.

Not that Tinkov's words carry much weight, but he did say he gave up signing Hagen because he didn't like Hagen's blood ABP |

I am a big fan of Craddock's and I'll love him at my favorite team, but I do think he might have been a better fit with more chances at Giant.
It seems as though Garmin are really getting into the old Bontrager and Trek teams now. They have Ben King, Nathan Brown, Dombrowski and now Craddock from that system.

I don't know if he will get any less of a chance at Cannondale than he would at Giant, tbey usually go into a race with a GC leader who falls apart then the riders are basically allowed to do what they want

I think Cannondale have somehow managed to create more interesting team for next year, despite losing Dan Martin.
Their sprinting prospects are now better with Wippert, Breschel and Bevin. Especially for harder sprints they look strong together with Navardauskas.
With Breschel they also finally have a man who can do well in a bigger group sprint in cobbled classics. With Langeveld and Van Baarle still onboard, their overall prospects for cobbled races will also improve compared to 2015 IMO.
Uran, Mullen and Craddock will add a bit of strength to their TT department.
Also prospects for GTs look better IMO. I would say Rolland is a slight improvement over Hesjedal, their best in the last couple of years are 4th and 5th respectively in the Giro and Rolland is a regular top10 TdF finisher. Uran is an improvement over Martin when it comes to GTs, no doubt. And another year of development for Dombrowski may give an interesting effect.
The only type of races they may look a bit weaker compared to 2015 are hilly classics due to the loss of Dan Martin, but with Slagter and Uran they still have two men who can top10 or even top3 pretty much every hilly classic.
If they manage to keep Formolo, their prospects for 2016 look even more interesting. But even without that, they've coped with the loss of Martin and Hesjedal better than I had expected. |

I liked the Garmin team already. But with the new additions it will be really interesting to follow.
They have lost some talent in Mohoric or stars like Martin/Hesjedal. But Rolland should close one gap, while Craddock and Breschel really had solid seasons and should also help them.
Wippert on PT level will be interesting. But he has great speed and could surprise in some races.
Then lots of talents, that stay with them or come like Bevin, Moser, Villella, Formolo etc. |

Moser should be no longer classfied as talent. Bevin isn't young as well while Villela is stalling so far at PT. Formolo is the only real talent here.
