Richard Antonio Carapaz

Miguel Angel Benito will join Movistar - US Postal's spanish boys.

Confirmed. Also we would take on the Prio - Porto cyclists as well: Dario Antonio and Ricardo Ferreira.
That gives the team six cyclists, hopefully that's okay.

I've compiled a startlist of 24 teams, using combinations mentioned in this thread. I've added Chiquita's riders to the ONCE/Azteca American mix, randomly selected Generali as the jersey for their 3 way team, added Alak's African to Project Africa, and combined the 9 remaining riders into a team for British Isles based teams (Bank of Ireland) and a general European team (Project 1t4i).
