CarbonSports with another diamond performance!
I see what you did there
Paris - Tours sees Bos beat Cavendish in a sprint! It was only for 4th spot but it's something at least. Very glad I didn't bother sending any climbers to South America, 95% of my squad would have been killed out there judging by some of the names who finished mid-field.

Oh goddammit I had only noticed Bucamaranga for some reason and didn't see P-T and P-T U23 were posted!
Nice to see Colbrelli in 6th, solid performance but not that good either. Should bring a bit of points to say the least
Thanks The Rider

The votes for the WC route were as following:
Hilly with challenging finish 7 (53.85%)
Hilly Cobbled 6 (46.15%)
Medium Mountain 4 (30.77%)
Tough Flat 3 (23.08%)
I guess that's decided than, as more than the half of the people also selected the option Hilly with challenging finish. I guess not having a cobbled race is also good, because PCM13 Ai doesn't handle it so well, so maybe next year we will have a cobbled WC.
Now we only have to decide where the race will be. I'd suggest a Belgian race for Gilbert the current WC and this could mean a WC in Huy with a finish on the mur de huy. I'm open to other ideas though so post them.
I'll only consider suggestions that are still posted today. |

If someone has time to make something: Liege - Bastogne - Liege, but you turn left after the Roche aux Faucons towards Huy and finish on the Mur de Huy instead of the usual finish in Liege.
But it needs to be said, Gilbert doesn't take the Mur of Huy that well in real life. His best hill would probably be the Cauberg.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I thought cobbles would come out on top, but there we go.

Found two routes from browsing the WC options, for a suitable hilly route:

Good racing for Purito but sadly no win. How someone like Quintana can defeat Purito on a hilly parcour like Bucaramange is just one of those things I won't ever really understand. I also develop some serious hate on ICL version of Kwiatek. Sadly, this means that Liberty Seguros has in fact finished this season without a major win; and that after winning last year Il Giro, Liege & WT ranking. sniff sniff ;(
As for World Championships: Mur de Huy sounds awesome. I bet all my money on Purito then.

Two second places, is this your payback for the Vuelta?
Glad to have another season over, well done Bikex and everyone helping!

What jumps out at me is that the auto promoted teams from last season are just outside the relegation places and Ecopetrol, who were well down in the CT division, could still finish 2nd!
Well they went all in with Quintana and Betancur which was obviously the smartest thing one can do as a newly promoted team; you are automatically a big team then with such signings.
I still feel like most if not all potential leaders in ICL are underpaid. Domestiques don't make that much of a difference most of the time(, I would guess this will get a bit better with pcm 15). I'm paying Quintana not even 20 percent of my budget and he scored more points than some other WT teams in total.
From what I can tell, PCM15 gameplay is better than 13, who has always been a bit of a pain for me because it's very narrow in the leader-domestique relationship. Great fantastic riders end up being useless because of superior guys on the squad. I think this will improve a lot with PCM15.

I hate to dissappoint you but the season isn't over yet. Tropicale Amissa Bongo first three stages posted. |

Great to see yet another season finished.
Let's only skip the NCs and we can move to the off season again
Sagan with decent performance in Il Lombardia. Can surely live with that result.
And Japan Cup once again proves my depth. Great to see many well placed finishers even when your own top guys don't attend a race!

Second once again in Herbiers, we will take that. Over-performer of the season winning in Italy.
Just the Bongo and the TTT championships to come, ideally we win both. C'mon team round off the season in style. We are due some over-performing!
Hard to call the TTT championship, for me it is between us and Brewers' boys. |

Oh. Thought my team would not race in Gabon ( is it a WT race? )
Anyway, strong show by 2agan taking two stages. ( Or was this name with a different intention? )

Yes Like with Tour of Beijing it's so late in the season and somewhere far away nobody cares anymore.
Thanks The Rider for the suggestions, as I'd like to have an uphill finish we won't use the Huddersfield variant, but the other one looks very nice. So it's between that one and Huy now. I tried to find an .zcts file of a fleche wallonne today but didn't suceed so I made a version by myself. This would be the route if we'd decide for Huy as WC: https://prntscr.com/8b3mic
I have the file for that one now so easily can also produce a ITT and TTT.
So guys please post now what version you'd like to be raced. |

So true
Why don't we cut it down to GTs, Monuments and some flat classics? Seasons would be much shorter

Yeah, right. We always look good on paper. I guarantee we'll finish 4th or 5th.
Almost there now. By that I mean it's almost time to get rid of my hopeless, overpaid riders and start again. Swift has got to be one of the worst riders in the entire DB when you filter in points per wage. Dreadful. If anybody wants any riders (especially promoted teams in need of some WT level riders), I beg you to come and get some. My PM box has been inundated with 0 offers since this game began.
Don't care about the WC. I didn't vote for this route and my guys will finish where they always do anyway. Nowhere.

Yes, I hope you will forever regret winning Vuelta over Japan Cup.
@The Rider: Why no Liberty Seguros, winning with 7 riders the TTT o le Tour was the nicest win of my season.

Goddammitttttttt Rosa so close to top 10 in Lombardia Feel like brewers now On the other hand what the feck was Moser doing to get 34th? -7 form? Jeez.
Ah that's it he was just waiting for Milano-Torino.
That was one of my very own objectives and he topped it with quite some class
Lol Gadret finishing behind the control team riders in the CDN is so entertaining haha.
Moser 5th in Japan Cup, a race which I can't say he could have comfortably won, so I'm ok with that. Nonetheless, a win would have been such an icy on the cake.
Ok stop moaning, ICL 16 is fucking close now
Now I can't wait for the last ranking update, I've got the feeling we're in front of Saeco
Thanks Shonak/Bikex
