So just out of interest. Anybody can tell me who Froome's agent is now?
The most current info I've found so far, is that he was represented by Wasserman Media Group in 2013.

Can't really blame AG2R for running out of patience with Betancur, I just hope he can get his act together be it still being a cyclist or if he decides to pursue another career and find a happy life balance

Took them about a year too long. Finally they did it.

They are saying it was a mutual parting but I don't doubt AG2R sacked him, he wasnt doing the Vuelta anyway as they already submitted the team and he wasn't part of the 9

Uran for Martin. Not a good trade.
Edit: For either team really.

Well Uran has twice finished runner up at the Giro and is a safe bet to do something similar again so it is a good signing for the team. Also Rolland is rumoured to Garmin which would be an odd singing

Its a good trade for Garmin. They finally get some professional with TT skills.

I doubt Uran will be able to keep up his TT form without Aldag.

Good signing. He was lots of fun in Tour of Utah, I hope he keeps up his attacking mentality.
Uran is a great transfer for Cannondale. Finally a complete GT rider on high level for them. Rolland to Cannondale would be hilarious and simply great (but I'd still prefer if he stays at Europcar): Combination of Rolland's aggressive team riding & far-out risk taking in combination with Cannondale's usual team fails like causing crashes, fucking up their GT in the first week and underrepresenting themselves; this could end up being the best thing ever in cycling, and if not it might as well be damn fun to watch to see Rolland and Hesjedal go mental in third week. They are the essence of causing action in third week.
Rolland ftw!

What is Woods real potential? He is older but hasnt been bike racing very long. Was great in Utah and got me thinking that someone had to sign him.
However does he actually have the ability to grow or is he just a talented endurance athlete that now rides bikes. |

Yeah will be interesting to see how much he can develop in the coming years. I'm sure there's plenty left; he looks like a great bike rider and enjoys the racing by the looks of it. Certainly a gifted athlete.
The only changing of the sport I really know is when people do triathlons before or after a career. It's also not unusual for pro cyclist to start running when they ended their careers (for example, former Tour stage winner Totschnig has become a fanatic runner and barely rides anymore). But making it from running to cycling, I've never heard of that before. Anybody know someone?

The young norwegian Andreas Vangstad, who won the last stage of Tour of Norway, did orienteering before changing to cycling three years ago. EBH was also a good XC skier, but he did that as well as cycling I guess.

Magnus Cort was also a runner before he started cycling. |
