How can I make a ground which look-a-like with the picture, is it possible?

Emre never said he wants cobbles. Can't you recognise that?
It's possible, by the way. You of course would need to edit the textures, which a few people already did in the past. You may search the forum/web.

You've to be in spline view (camera-->Spline Camera) to edit name and toughness of a cobblestone section.
The window on the right shows if your changes applied, don't forget to press enter after writing the name.
