Dominant stuff from Festina and Spilak with Lecuisinier also right up there, congratulations. Spilak looks good for the overall, I think. 1'44 on 33 kilometers is a lot
Anonymous stage for us, which was expected. Hopefully we saved it all for the flat stage where fingers are crossed Kristoff can sneak away a top three. |

True, it is a lot, but he is up against the best TT'er in the world, who is even on home soil. I believe Phinney will win 2'30" on Spilak here, but I hope I'm wrong. If he, and Coppel does another Herbiers, Spilak should be well safe.
Fingers are crossed for me that Coppel will get 2nd, and Spilak will win the final GC.

Two Pokerstars boys in TOP10 in stage with mountain finish? Nice 6th and 11th in GT looks great, but I really doubt it´ll stay after final TT.
If Mohs will beat Holloway once more in sprint and secure at least 3rd place in points competition, I´ll happy.

I'm still interested in the Teams Competition btw. Are we leading that?
Fortunately Selwink sent me the Export files too, since he didnt include that in the report.

Great race this has been. Spilak has the pole position, but I'd say this is still going on Phinney's direction.
The final TT should be a tremendous day for either of the two managers anyway. Good luck to both.
Also, very strong performance from Machado here, I'm definitely impressed.

Well, nice reports, thanks for posting them.
Tanovitchii tries almost every day, but no results from it so far. But Karnulin is riding pretty decent Zubeldia like race for a top20 in GC, that would be cool for our unmaxed ukrainian stage racer.
Also, Metinvest last in TTT? Not very usual experience.
But it paid off in Italy i would say.
SotD winning everything now, rankings lead?

Arh easy now. I was always going to be one of the two major favorites to win this race, and Ricco is going to fall out to atleast 3rd in the Giro, and I can see him falling further than that.
Happy with how the 7th stage went. If Spilak can manage to a similar TT result as Trofimov, then he should get 3rd in the points competition to bag a few extra points there.
Fingers are crossed, I would really like to win a race this season.

Well, this race couldn't become much worse anyway. It did, despite Visconti trying his luck in the break.. Happy when this is over.
Thanks for the reports, of course!

Gautier in the break again is good. Him finishing 7th from that group, is not so good
Now to hope Elissonde discovers previously unseen TTing abilities... |

Hoelgaard looked strong there, from the picture where Borges attacks it also looks like he sat up, not collapsed, but I have no clue. Good to see him try with a solid attack, but waiting for the sprint would probably have given a better result. But those situations are always tricky!
Kind of a pity to see Kristoff gap Swift and the other sprinters when there was no win to sprint for, but at least it's a positive sign for what's to come in Tour de France, I think, eventhough the competition will obviously be a lot harder there. |

Yeah that was a bit disappointing the last stage. At least though Holloway finished ahead of that fat bastard Mohs on points, so whilst a few GC TT tossers will overtake Dan in the chrono he will at least finish ahead of the German.
Man I am petty

Grosu finally doing great in sprint of the peloton and it is only for minor placement due to the break, sheeeit.
I would like to see us in every attack, given our terrible GC lineup.
Congrats to the winner!

Borges again... He deserves a victory at this point. Most attacking rider on our team.
