valiant effort by Quintana but in the end it was a deserved victory for Fromme. Great win by Pinot as well. I would give the tour a rating of 7/10
I don't know what was so deserved after Nairo lost the Tour in the first week.
Oh really i must of missed Quintan's mechanical? You do know Froome was in first group whose fault he missed it? Quintana, Froome was there. I seen no mechanical. And just stop, Froome would have went crazy on PdB with just 1 min adv. You know it and i know it. So far in both his TDF wins he is better untill final week. |

lol the TDF was not lost in Holland. Those haters caused Froome to ride on back foot. He would have absoloutely killed them on PdB wo scrutiny. It would have been AX-3=PSM Ventoux=PdB, Froome always trys to get a huge gap so if Quintana was only 1 min down from PSM Froome would have went crazy in the 2nd week. Froome was the best this TDF great in the first week, many fools said he would not even reach the mountains, yet he proved them wrong and was the best wk 1.

Froome I think. He had ~20 points on Quintana and only finished 2-3 places behind him. |

Please do tell me though what was wrong with my post Stryds. Quintana is a beat i did no disservice to him i just said Froome wa the best for 2 weeks so he deserves the TDF. We both know he was under loads of scrutiny and you know for fact many said he could not stay on his bike. He would have went for in week 2 more if not for the crosswinds. Froome rode great in first week?. |

Valverde has to get Velo d'Or this year. Almost Ardennes Triple + 3rd at Tour. Just wow.

whut, a breakaway top 10.
don't think Zubeldia even done a top 10 that way
to be fair, only the top 7 aren't breakaway riders 2007 Tour de France. But then he gained 2 places thanks to Klöden and Ramussen abandoning while keeping his place against others. |

Indeed very fast, is that the record? If it is Froome has not even been that bad although looking really weak he as been doing ok numbers as Quintana had the record yesterday on Toussuire

Quintana lost because of a rookie mistake and lack of experience. He was the strongest rider in the mountains. Also no way to tell how he would have gone on Plateau de Beille. After all, he hates rain and there was a downpour there. Froome is the winner and this is all that matters, yes I agree. But it would be interesting to see how Quintana will develop further. |

Pantani has the 3 best times. You wouldn't be able to beat them on a motorbike. Will never happen.

I'd say Sanchez was the most Zubeldia-like of the Top 15 - he's certainly the one I saw the least of those 15.
